The room, amenities and staff behaviour were good. Food quality was also up to the mark. But unfortunately we didn't get the exact room we opted for and full payment was done in advance through mmt. But we really felt bad when one of the rooms was downgraded to a lower category one! more surprisingly, we were not at all informed, neither by hotel authority nor by mmt. It was not only monetary loss, but also created a bad impression, which is not expected from mmt. The hotel authority tried to compensate us by providing with a complementary breakfast, that also for only one day! we understood that there are some glitches when we book hotels through mmt. My earnest request to mmt is to please take care of this in future to make sure it shouldn't happen. So, the first impression of hotel booking was not comfortable and will think twice to book hotel via mmt in future.
