Der Platz ist schön und gemütlich, die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Mit schönem Stadtblick vom Deck, schöner Landschaft und mit freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern. Ms. Mayette Nacional wird sicherstellen, dass alles, was Sie brauchen, gemütlich und einfach zu behandeln ist, während Sir Marlon Ihre Sachen kümmert und sie ordnungsgemäß und sorgfältig behandelt. Frontdesk Ms. Shé ist auch unterkunftsfähig und bietet Ihnen vollständige Informationen über Ihren Aufenthalt. Einige Gäste können die Straße zu stark mit ca. 45 Grad Neigung und 90 Grad Halbweg finden, aber vor der Umdrehung gibt es einen Parkplatz für leichte Lade- und Entladen. Es kann schwierig für neue Fahrer sein. Mit freiem Mineralwasser im gemeinsamen Bereich und unbegrenzten Kaffee mit Zucker. Al Fresco Essensbereich im Erdgeschoss, Hygiene-Kit verfügbar, Handtücher, Bettwäsche. T&B kommt mit heißer/kühler Dusche und Bidet. Die Mahlzeiten können bestellt werden 24/7 und mit der Hälfte des Gerichts Basketballgericht. Insgesamt war es eine angenehme Erfahrung, Budget-freundlich und freundliches Personal. Hoch empfohlen und wird nächstes Jahr wieder sein.

Fair für den Preis

Großes Personal, das sehr hilfreich war. Das Hotel fühlt sich ein wenig müde, wenige Dinge wie Dusche war alt und überschwemmt, aber es funktionierte alles gut. Kein jungfrunsservice während eines drei-Nacht-Aufenthalts. Air con ist der älteste Typ so laut. Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Der Ort ist sehr bequem, um sowohl die Stadt Legazpi als auch das Mount Mayon zu erkunden, da es im Mittelpunkt zwischen beiden ist. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer ist auch ruhig genug und sauber. Die verantwortlichen Mädchen sind auch sehr nett.

Wir buchen dieses Hotel für 1 Nacht Aufenthalt in Legaspi City. Opon Check in die Rezeption fragen für 300 pesos pro Hotelprotokoll Ich weiß nicht, was aber nicht im Buchung angegeben ist und wir buchen zwei Zimmer, so haben wir 600 pesos bezahlt. Das Zimmer für mich ist so sauber das einzige Problem ist, es gibt keine Lock auf dem Toilette, Bidet funktioniert nicht auch richtig die Heizung. Aber für jemanden, der nach billigeren Hotel sucht, ist dieses Hotel ok für nur eine Nacht Aufenthalt, um sich insgesamt zu entspannen ist gut für mich.

Dieses kleine Hotel bietet eine grundlegende Unterkunft und hat sehr begrenzte Einrichtungen. Nichts Luxus. AC-Zimmer mit Toilette und Dusche, warmes und kaltes Wasser, grundlegende Toiletten, aber keine Aufzug, Spa, Schwimmbad, etc.. Sein Preis ist ziemlich hoch angesichts seines Mangels an Einrichtungen. Standard Zimmer (Einzelbesetzung) kostet Php 2,000 pro Nacht. Sehr begrenzte Parkplätze. Allerdings ist es gut ... nur wenige Meter von der Hauptstraße, der Kathedrale, der Gemeindehalle und so weiter entfernt.

In spite of the previous bad reviews I booked this hotel as they were reopening which I thought meant they have improved the hotel. They should have not opened yet at this stage where they are still fixing the hotel rooms and amenities. Maybe when they're finished renovating and they're fully open, it would be a better time to stay. Stay away if you want a comfy hotel stay. There were 2 incidents of brownout during our stay, on the 2nd one they couldn't fix the problem in our room, while the other rooms had electricity. Maintenance had to go inside our room in the middle of the night. They tried to fix it but eventually had us transfer to a different room at almost 1am. Then we were hoping to sleep in, as we were tired from the previous night's issue, but at 7am the noise of drilling woke us up. Food: Disappointing food choices. They have a restaurant and a coffeeshop. Good coffee and pastries. But on the main restaurant, there were only 3 food choices in our entire 4-day stay: bicol express bagnet, sinigang bagnet and hainanese chicken. Breakfast was dismal, plated tapa/longganisa and egg, then 2nd option bread, ham, egg and sweet sausage. The taste was just okay. At one point we opted to have a breakfast buffet instead at a nearby hotel (M*r*s*n Hotel). Room: The view is definitely fantastic and our room was near the swimming pool which I appreciated. But the room is small. No trashcan in the bathroom, no hangers and laundry bags, but they promptly provided after I asked for it. No rack for towels. No hair dryer and they can't provide one when I asked for it as another guest is currently using it. The bed is not comfy, it is hard and no available room with a king-sized bed. Random noises from the work they're doing in the other rooms so you can't really relax or sleep at day time. One of the keycards kept on malfunctioning so I kept on going back to the lobby to have it reset. Others: Definitely great views and location. Wide open spaces but common areas are usually warm as the airconditioning is off on most areas. Lobby restroom appears clean but smells awful. There is no hand sanitizer or soap. Overall value: Php 5k promo rate and 7k for regular rate per night. It was not worth it. Spa: The staff and massage was great but the spa is still on the works, I even had to play music from my phone as their amenities are incomplete. They could have at least warned us that the hotel is not yet fully functional and renovated. Or they couldv'e just fixed the hotel first before having guests. Staff: The hotel staff was the gem of the hotel as they did their best in spite of the poor situation. They were kind, friendly, quick to respond and professional. Everyone was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Went there for a workshop. Brought along my kid. Twas a good hotel, with the staff following health protocols so we felt safe. The wifi in our room was not that strong so it was a bit frustrating esp when I was working at night. Still, the place was ok. The wifi in the workshop area was ok. Aircon was soooo cold, we had to request it to be shut down for a few hours. There's a pool in the hotel but because of the recent advisory by the Dept of Health and the Ofc of the Mayor, we weren't allowed to use it. Hot and cold shower working properly (I have to say that coz for some hotels this feature usually dont work when there's a lot of guests in the hotel). The hygiene kit didn't cotton buds though hehe.

I booked for a 2-night stay at this hotel, but it was cut short and we had to leave just after a day due to typhoon Egay. So we only were able to stay for a night. But I have to say that it was all worth it. The room: it was spacious. It had 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. Had clean sheets. Complete with the usual things that you would see inside a hotel room. Only thing missing is a table where you can eat. The toilet: strong water pressure, had hot and cold water, and the usual free toiletries. Also had clean towels. Spacious as well. I was just surprised to see tons of ants on the sink. The staff: super nice and friendly. Especially the lady when we checked in (I can’t remember her name unfortunately, since we were all too tired because of the 12-hr drive). The guard was also nice :) The parking: they unfortunately don’t have a covered parking and the spots in front of the hotel belongs to the restaurant so you can’t park there either. You have to park at the side of the building. Open parking. The plus for this hotel would be the amazing location. The room has floor to ceiling glass window that offers the best view of Mayon. Seeing her in all her glory was truly breathtaking. The only downside is that I think the glass window doesn’t have a privacy tint and it’s facing the road so people will see you. Everything else considered, this will be my go-to hotel when I go back to Bicol.
