Poor service at the reception, I was asking the reception to help me print several pages of documents on 6th March afternoon, the girls at the reception said no and ask me to send the file via email to the hotel. And the ironic is: printer exactly aside the reception. What a wonderful service!

This place is unfortunately a shame especially when I have used it from 2022, and it was an amazing place. The previous managers use to really be attentive to the detail and take issues on board. But the new manager, likes to hide behind excuses, does not even bother to reach out himself! It's really a shame. It's INFESTED with cockroaches, each single day some would pop out from everywhere—behind the sofa while watching TV, crawling up the walls, skittering across the floor. It was like a horror movie come to life! Once I saw one coming out of the fridge too. While we were in the room, my wife kept her earrings which were solitaires, and the cleaner came and after that they disappeared. Things get STOLEN from the room. Even while you're inside, housekeeping walks in, and suddenly, your belongings disappear. And when you report it? The management hides behind their "hotel policy" telling you to use the in-room safe, instead of taking responsibility. No action, no accountability—just excuses and saying we will ask the staff, as if they will say yes I have taken them. They use their own hotel staff to flood Google with fake 5-star reviews! I even caught them doing it and posted proof! Last night of my stay the GM's assistant sends a WhatsApp asking me have dinner which I refused, and the next day when I met the GM in the lift, who knows very well who I am, clearly did not even mention an apology! I have used this place since 2 years, but in the last stay in October 2024, where I saw such services and complained, the attitude was the same and when I went this time thinking may be with all the complains the issues may be sorted, it's worsen! It's sad to see such a pretty property in this condition!

Outstanding service . Great taste of food and coffee . Everything was made very fresh . The chef also makes sure to serve comfort food for the guests out of the menu when we inform prior. The hospitality is great too . The ambiance is 10 on 10 . We can have small get togethers as well as big parties too without any doubt.

Our stay was truly exceptional - from the moment we stepped in, the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel like valued guests. The rooms were impeccably clean, with luxurious bedding and stunning views of the city. The on-site dining was phenomenal, with a diverse menu and impeccable service, and the spa treatments were top-notch. Every detail was considered, and we left feeling completely pampered and refreshed. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly luxurious experience.

We had one of the best service and culinary experiences at Aura. The staff were extremely cooperative and helpful, making our visit truly memorable. A special thanks to the entire culinary team, especially Chef Umesh, for their exceptional dishes and hospitality. Keep up the great work, team! We look forward to visiting again soon. Truly the best food in Tanzania!
