Avoid This Hotel – Worst Service Ever! I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. Here’s what happened: 1. Check-in Disaster: I requested a check-in at 12 PM, and they initially agreed. However, they didn’t give me a room until 5:30 PM. In the meantime, they placed us in a smaller room. If you can’t provide early check-in, don’t make false promises. Their policy says check-in is at 2 PM, but we still had to wait hours past that! 2. Room Issues: • We were made to change rooms twice after finally getting a proper room. • The air conditioning didn’t work all night, leaving us sweating with no ventilation or fans. It was miserable! • There was no hot water in the shower, so my kids had to shower with cold water. 3. Communication Failures: The room telephone didn’t work, so I couldn’t even contact reception. I had to call the restaurant and ask them to get reception to call us back—completely unacceptable. 4. Manager’s Indifference: When I brought up these issues with the manager, all they could offer was a late check-out at 2 PM. I didn’t even need it because I had a flight at 12 PM. How convenient for them! For all this, I paid $180 per night, which is outrageous for such subpar service. I checked out as early as 9:30 AM just to get out of there. Final Thoughts: Think twice before booking this hotel. The service is appalling, and the management doesn’t care about resolving guest concerns. Save your money and go somewhere else!
