We meet the manager when we check out.he is so nice and thoughtful to tell us we can get into the reception room to wait our taxi and even get us a drink. Even though the hotel is not that good as we excepted, but the service is amazing make us feel at home.

房間在達累斯薩拉姆算大的也是比較乾淨的。早餐還可以的種類比較豐富。健身房偏小，游泳池水質有保障。這個價位裏面是不錯的了。不太好訂。

The bed was very bad. We felt both the same. The breakfast was ok but not more than ok. The pool was a bit dirty. Maybe because no one seems to used it except me when I was there.

We stayed here using Marriott Bonvoy points for a few nights during an extended vacation. Rooms are not fancy but spacious and well set up (we stayed in a one bedroom apartment). The friendly staff did everything they could to accommodate us. Very positive experience!

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not a good experience. The the fact of having a rat in my room and being woken up in the middle of the night with it having bitten me on my forearm. Although the hotel management was very apologetic, I think for a Marriott hotel this should never had happened in the first place.

Love this hotel! Away from the city in a quite safe location. Staff are very welcoming and extra helpful! Clean and neat property. Great buffet breakfast. The one bedroom suite is very spacious. The pool is a welcome sight great to relax at.

I stayed for three days two nights (solo), and their service was amazing from the airport pick up driver Abbas really give me a warm welcome to Tanzania and I would like to thank Getrude Goodwill. She is a valuable asset to this hotel and to me. she really welcomed me to the hotel and to my room and the reception is all of them. I communicated to Getrude from Whatsapp when I was in Malawi and she really was informative and she gave me all the details for whatever questions was asked so I was able to come fully prepared to Tanzania as it was my first time coming to Tanzania. The entire staff were really really helpful and welcoming and they really gave me a positive vibe of how Tanzania is and how their people are and how they treat us and they are amazing services. Their food was delicious and well made, it’s a very peaceful environment and I stayed in the loft suite. Overall, the service was excellent and I would highly recommend anyone coming to Tanzania to stay in this hotel for as long as you wish because they would provide you a beautiful experience and excellent service from them and special. Thanks to the staff of Protea Hotel oyster bay,and special thanks to Getrude Goodwill, a real gem of a woman.

房間非常棒，我們定了2個閣樓套間。上層是卧室，下面是客廳和衞生間。早餐非常棒！ 院子裏面有個小型游泳痴，非常乾淨。

Excelente atención del personal, muy amable. Perfecto para estancias de ocio o de trabajo. Gran profesionalidad. El personal es muy atento en todo momento. Es in hotel para estar muy cómodo, todo lo contrarío a la saturación de otros establecimientos

Old property and things are falling apart. Needs major renovation, food is not good at all. The food quality is very low and one surprising thing is breakfast room service is 25,000 shillings, it means if you decide to have breakfast in your room they will a charge you room service 25,000($12). I find this ridiculous especially if you look at the food they serve.
