"We were easily able to find this hotel. The staff was excellent at check in and continued to be throughout our stay. The room was very clean and quiet even with being close to I-10. Room service was excellent and stopped in every day. We found the hotel was well located for visiting our family nearby. It was also located close by to a number of restaurants that we were able to just walk to. Great experience."

"It was our 2nd time staying in here. Expected all 4/5 stars based on previous experience, but it wasn’t. Our bathroom floor was very slippery with oil, so we had to be careful not to fall. I figured out very late night that entire slippery bathroom floor must have caused by pesticides. I saw 3 small cockroaches were climbing walls and went in under the sink. We were assigned one king bed, instead of two queen, was what I booked for. The mattress didn’t look like laying horizontal. It was sinking towards to the headboard. I should have requested changing a room, but we checked in late and my child already took a shower. We were going to leave early morning, so just hold my eyes closed. The hotel will have a renovation entirely from Nov. for a few months. Hope it will be clean floor to ceiling with replacing old cracked furniture to new ones. But I will probably not stay again here after this experience."
