Hilton Garden Inn Danbury

Staff was great, the room was spotless and everything was great. My only gripe is that it no longer has a pool. Does have a 24hr gym though!

We checked late night (1am) after booking online during a long car trip. The front desk was unattended for several minutes, could not find anyone to help us check in. After 10-15 minutes we actually called the front desk. The attendant came from a hallway carrying an ipad playing on a movie with volume so loud my son could not hear our interactions. He was rude and inconsiderate. The room was very clean, however moving forward, I may stick to my Marriott properties for travel due to the lack of hospitality displayed at this property. Very disappointing given the cost of our stay. I expected a more genuine experience.

Last minute booking after a long day of travel. We made the right choice. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Finding out there was a nice little bar kitchen area was a great surprise. Food was really good

Handicap parking was hard. I needed a handicap room but it was not a shower, a tub, which I could not use.

Clean with no odor. There was no shampoo left in the bottle, looks like nobody checks until the customer calls.

Great stop. Right off 84. Clean with comfortable bed and courteous staff. No complaints.
