Our home sits in a very safe private gated community with 24/7 security. Our patio area has a dining table for 8, large umbrella over the couch. BBQ. From the patio you are inches from the sand. Sit around the fire pit while your kids build sand castles on the beach, play Jenga or even cornhole. Or lay out on one of our 3 chaise loungers. For the beach we also have boogie boards, surf boards, paddle boards all waiting to be used. 5 bedrooms in this house. 3 upstairs (King, King, Twin bunks & trundle) 2 downstairs ( King, Double Queen) The dining table seats 6-8. Living room has a very spacious sectional that seats up to 12. Lots of board games provided for endless family fun! Kitchen has everything you need; fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, Keurig, pots/pans, plates/cups, utensils. Built in ice machine! We have plenty of beach cruisers to ride, men’s, women’s and even kid size ones. Double seat baby wagon for the littles that aren’t quite ready to ride a bike. Helmets provided as well. Most the homes on beach road with permit only allow two vehicles on the property. Our home is permitted for 3.
