it was my second stay at this hotel, only this time around i was given room at corner that was L-shaped configuration instead of standard one, and it feels a bit cramped. it would help if during check in u mentioned regarding this and enquired guess if its oke with them. otherwise, the location and service provided was excelence and fast. good job

We had a very good experience staying in this hotel for 5days 4nights! 👍 The staff is friendly and helpful. During our booking, I requested to have a room with a 'city view' or any good view facing the Sunway Pyramid, unfortunately when we arrived, the room we requested was fully booked. We told the lady staff, Chitra, that we would love to change to any room facing Sunway Pyramid in case guests check out early. The room we got was Ok just that it was facing the wall of the next building and the aircon compressor was kind of loud at night. The next morning after breakfast, Chitra texted me to inform me that they had a room we requested and asked if we wanted to change rooms and definitely YES! She made arrangements immediately to get us changed to the new room! ❤️ The facilities around the area are the Best! Sunway Pyramid, the mall is right in front of the hotel. Food and facilities like 7-11, 24hrs restaurants, pharmacies just downstairs and around the corners... 💪 Even though the hotel is not as fancy like Pyramid hotel or Resort hotel nearby, but this hotel is so Affordable and convenient! Very RECOMMENDED! 👍⭐

I stayed for 4 days initially, and the room was clean and did not need much maintenance. But no one came to clean the room or toilet during my stay . I was taking out the garbage and moping the wet bathroom Also the hotel offers only toels and there is a hanged near the shower soap/shampo which was un labled . No slippers , toothbrush, toothpaste, or any vanity sets were offered . The TV has only two channels and doesn't allow screen sharing with other devices to make a good use for it . There was an extra fee(taxis) which was not mentioned by trip.com and was asked as soon as I reached the hote I suggest that all the unavailable sevreses or any additional fees to be pre mentioned to guests . The staff are good and welcoming and very friendly and the location is perfect lightening is good and the room has a small window The entrance is a small coffee shop and the lobby chairs are comfortable The place is smell free, with no rotten smells, nor alcohol smell thanks to the hotel policy that forbids Alcohol in side the hotel . Really clean, cool, smart hotel.. very accessible to Sunway lagoon, sunway mall, foods shops around, klinik, pharmacy.. this hotel is nice for teenagers as they have PS5 and arcade.. we stayed 3 nights.. had a good sleep.. very helpful even if all done via kiosk and online... best fun hotel.. for a smart stay..:) My boys loved the hotel. We also got 3 free breakfast coupons at next door mamak shop..

Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good breakfast and nice restaurant. Annex to the shopping mall. Super convenient! Nice food and nice shopping. Had a pleasant stay here. Value for money. Highly recommended !

Cheap hotel in a good location. Need to pay for parking but also can parking free outside but always full. Beside mamak and food stall. Can go shopping to sunway pyramid.

Selbst mit dem Klimaanlagen auf 16°C und der 3lv Gewinngeschwindigkeit ist es immer noch extrem heiß, dass ich wie verrückt schwitzen, ich konnte nicht schlafen, und in der Nacht gibt es das Geräusch von Wasser drop. Korridor riecht schlecht, Pillow riecht schlecht, und es gibt auch einige Dinge, die mich stören,wie das mich eine schreckliche Erfahrung erhielt

Night receptionist were really friendly and nice. This morning only a male Chinese staff was working. Showed the typical Chinese black face like he was suppose to have his rest day but had to work. Very bad body language. Generally the hotel is old, amnesties were very limited, the breakfast area was small and limited as well. The staff’s at the breakfast area had communication problems with China tourist, didn’t seek for help or use anything for translation, showed bad body language due their incompetence as well. Hotel can be 5 stars, but service is below acceptable, maybe acceptable for a 3 star hotel

Booked this hotel because I was bring my son to Sunway college. The location is a big plus because its near Sunway Pyramid and BRT Sunway Lagoon station. Very walkable and convenient. Other than that its ok for a short stay but dont expect too much.
