Something very strange about this hotel: As a very frequent traveler all over the world, I have NEVER see staff treating client like ****. The manager Laura is clearly ******. I was trying to do my check in but I had my DL stolen. I ask her if they can do something, bc I had the credit card and also debit car used for book. She was GROSS. I asked for the manager in order to try something (I ask to go to my room then find my wallet and go back after shower). She gave me attitude. And also she left the front desk leave me talk to myself. At the end she verbalize. “I don’t need you here”. I was about to call the police. But I was in Dallas for work and no time to waste with this kind of people. CROWNE NEEDDS URGENT TRAINING THOSE PEOPLE IN FRONT DESK. Obviously I’ve asked for my money back and leave the hotel. Curios thing: I’ve mentioned the situation. With other people in person and many of them said “CROWNE DOWNTON DALLAS HELL NO”.
