Cute family owned hotel, super great price, location is right next to Dali Ancient Town and transport to Lijiang bus stop is 3 min away.
Standout was the absolute amazing service I received, especially from Joy. She warmly welcomed me and spoke a little bit of English, which helped a lot.
I had ideas about what I wanted to do, and she immediately knew what how to go about it with the time I had, where were the best places, how to get there, which places were the best spots etc. she even then went an extra mile and helped me organise activities in Lijiang that would have not been possible with my limited Chinese, and kept in contact with me even after I left the hotel
Truly made the experience one to remember, thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness, definitely recommend everyone to come for a stay!

Thank you so much for the best hospitality! Great and kind owner. She is so friendly and patiently waiting for me to translate the conversation. The lady also has a great personality. To all Malaysian who might see my review and don't know Chinese, this lady has no issue with it. This Inn is a really high recommendation since the distance with the main road to the hotel (Easy to get Didi), distance to ancient town, and distance to Erhai Lake are so close (by electric bike)! The owner helped me to rent an electric bike at ¥50 for a few hours (I'm not sure how long I forgot to ask) - electric bike no need helmet, no need license! (🎶Ride or die - Jeff Satur)

Einrichtungen: Einmalstuhl, einmals Dusche sind sehr vollständig, das Zimmer ist groß, das Licht ist sehr gut, das Garten ist sehr schön, die Terrasse im zweiten Stock sieht auch aus, dass die Wasserflussgeräusche im ersten Stock ein wenig groß sind, im Zimmer kann man hören, wenn die Geräusche sensibel sind, kann ein wenig beeinflussen

Als Dali am ersten Platz in Jiachuan setzte, hatte ich Zweifel, wie man die Altstadt von Jiachuan erreichte. Wenn man herausfindet, dass es wirklich eine Null-Entfernung ist, ist es zu bequem neben der Ecke des Jiachuan Museums.
Das Volkshaus ist ein weißes Haus. Es ist sehr zeitgemäß, Fotos zu machen, insbesondere die Wendeschüssel. Im Zimmer ist der mittlere und alte Wind sehr warm, die Tür ist direkt auf dem Bett geplant und der Fernseher öffnet sich wie zu Hause.
Sein Badezimmer ist groß und ist eine dreifache Trennstruktur, die für Liebe, Schlauch und Kindern mit dem Aufenthalt ohne Störung geeignet ist, um morgens zu gehen und nicht zu schlafen.
Es gibt noch ein paar Dinge, die besonders sorgfältig gemacht werden 1 Windschutzscheibe 2.3 Minuten trockenes Haar ohne Wäsche, die Angst vor dem Ausflug ist, dass ich einen Tag müde habe, um den Kopf zu waschen, ein guter Wind ist zu wichtig. 2 Wäsche ist super weich und solid, sehr komfortabel. Viele 5-Sterne-Hotels haben eine immer schlechtere Qualität, und das ist das Haus, das es zahlt.3 Nutzmittel zentrale Klimaanlage, gut funktioniert und schweigend. Jetzt haben viele Leute die Schalenmaschine, der Kühlschrank ist okay, es ist nicht möglich, einen warmen Wind mit warmem Raum und das ganze Zimmer zu finden, Dali ist sehr unterschiedlich, das Zimmer ist sehr warm und komfortabel in der Nacht. 4 Besonders auf diese Zimmer ist gut geräuschisolation! Der Hof war in der Mitte der alten Stadt, und die Ecke machte sein Haus gerade im Keller ruhig, und der Geräusch im Zimmer ist besonders gut, für die Schlafenden zu freundlich und bequem, bis die Natur aufwachen.
Am nächsten Morgen ist der Chef hier sehr enthusiastisch und die lokale Reislinie ist sehr offen. Dann präsentiere ich auch die leckeren und guten Laden in der alten Stadt. Sein Haus kann auch einen Service für die Bahnhöfe bieten, mehr als sich draußen und im Internet zu sichern.
Schließlich muss ich die Lage hier sehr gut fühlen. Ich bin morgens in den 200-Meter-Weizenfeld von Jiazua gekommen, um ein paar Schüsseln zu durchqueren. Und morgens ist die alte Stadt selbst einsam, es gibt niemanden, die sich selbst Fotos machen. Wenn Sie an der Küste gehen wollen, sind Sie weniger als drei Kilometer entfernt, und Sie haben weniger als zehn Minuten zum Startpreis. Und für Nachtkatze ist es auch gut. Dali ist so wunderschön. Es regnet gerade über den Himmel, als ich zum Volk kam. Der Wind war sehr angenehm. Der Chef ist sehr nah am Meer von Zhuhai. Ich bin nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß gekommen. Ich habe Fotos im Meer von Zhuhai gemacht. Zhu Mountain ist auch sehr schön. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel equipment also high-tech and modern. Erhai lake just a few steps from the hotel. Only a thing, the owner need to revise the hotel's location in trip.com since its not accurate and we struggle to find the location at first. Other than that was perfect

GGastnutzerAfter traveling around China for over a month and staying at dorms and private rooms scattered throughout cities. This place was amazing to settle in and relax. I don’t have a car but a taxi/Didi to Dali Old Town was fairly cheap. This accommodation is right next to the lake and it’s a nice walk to Xizhouzhen. They also were so kind to cook food for me for breakfast and dinner which was a pleasant surprise. The two owners are husband and wife and they are so accommodating to any need or question. Serving me tea on multiple occasions and even driving me to Xizhouzhen on an occasion. The parks by the lake are also fun. The room was spacious and comfortable. I even extended my time here an extra night. My next stop is Shaxizhen and they helped to get transportation there as well for a reasonable price.

Der Chef ist sehr enthusiastisch und kann einen Hubwagen 30 Tage mieten. Es ist preiswerter als draußen, dass das große Zimmerzimmer im nächsten Tag transparent ist. Es gibt einen Fensterschrank, die Privatsphäre ist immer noch gleichwertig, das muss noch verbessert werden.

NNguyenIch hätte dieser Privatunterkunft die volle Punktzahl von 100 von 5 gegeben, wenn es möglich gewesen wäre, denn sie ist wirklich außergewöhnlich!
Lage: Ideal gelegen auf der Nordseite der Altstadt von Dali, ist sie bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem E-Bike zu erreichen. Die Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl trendiger Geschäfte, ist aber dennoch weit genug von den geschäftigen Straßen entfernt, um eine friedliche Atmosphäre zu gewährleisten.
Ausstattung: Das Zimmer ist mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten und Spitzentechnologie ausgestattet, obwohl wir sie aufgrund unserer begrenzten Chinesischkenntnisse leider nicht vollständig nutzen konnten. Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber und das Bett ist unglaublich weich und bequem – ich meine weich nach westlichen Maßstäben – eines der besten Betten, die wir bisher auf unserer Reise gesehen haben.
Service: Ich kann ihren Service nicht genug loben! Das Eigentümerpaar hat sich über die Maßen hinaus bemüht und uns vor unserer Ankunft angerufen, um unsere Ankunftszeit zu bestätigen. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben sie Abhol- und Bringdienste für uns organisiert, trotz der Menschenmassen in der Altstadt aufgrund des Festivals. Sie haben uns sogar geholfen, unser Gepäck die Treppen rauf und runter zu tragen. Sie waren so freundlich, uns Kühlschrankmagnete als Abschiedsgeschenk zu schenken. Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und ihre wertvollen Tipps und Empfehlungen machten unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich. Dali wäre ohne die Besitzer der Privatunterkunft nicht dasselbe gewesen – sie verdienen viel mehr Anerkennung!

We stayed one night in August (Summer).
Pillow, blanket and bed were comfortable.
Toilet was humble.
Very kind and hard working hotel owner (well dressed and handsome too). He was very communicative, we added him on WeChat and he gave us detailed instructions and picked us up at the fork road, carried our luggages and walked us to the accommodation.
The accommodation is about 10-15 minutes walk to the main road where cars are allowed to drop off. We had huge and heavy luggage. We are extremely grateful that the owner lugged our luggage to the accommodation under the hot sun for us. He upgraded our room, and helped us to book a reliable driver to lijiang. He gave us tips on where to have breakfast and rent buggy. He also helped to liaise with the driver and carried our luggage to the car!!! It's 34 degrees Celsius here at the moment. We are so so grateful. Wishing the owner great success!
Recommendation:
1. Stay on the second floor onwards (less noisy and able to see the lake better)
2. Explore the track before the sun rises above the mountain (ard 6am). Walk 700m left of accommodation to book your vehicle. This will ensure you have enough vehicles to choose from, less crowded, avoid extreme UV, cooling weather, and get to Xin di cafe at a good time for breakfast!
3. Night time order ******* to accommodation so you can enjoy the view and eat at the comfort of your place. Couldn't find good and reliable restaurants around the area.
4. Manage expectations, there are bugs near the lake. Close the window at night.

Ausstattung: Es gibt einige Probleme mit dem Duschkopf. Tragen Sie nach dem Baden unbedingt die bereitgestellten Hausschuhe, um ein Ausrutschen zu vermeiden!

Dali Ankangyu Homestay was a truly fantastic experience. The hostel itself is gorgeous, the location is fantastic (still in the old town but on a calmer street), and the room was just what I wanted. But what stands out for me is the people who run the hostel. I’ve stayed at many a hostel and have never met staff as wonderful as they are at Dali Ankangyu Homestay. They repeatedly went above and beyond to solve my problems and to make me feel welcome, comfortable and at ease…
First, I arrived in the middle of the Chinese New Year and they promptly invited me to dine with them over a TRULY delicious meal. Later, I wanted to extend my stay and had an issue with my booking—one that they promptly helped me to resolve. Finally, after I incorrectly booked a train ticket they helped me resolve my transportation issues in the middle of the night. Wow, talk about above and beyond. They are a great crew, fun-loving, welcoming, and very much a family in their own right, and I would have loved to hang out with these guys more!

EedwinckkThe location is superb, a short walk away from the walking street, just about 100m away from a hot cuppa latte and clean sheets, bathroom, friendly hosts. There is a nice chillout area/lounge where you and your friends can sit down for a meal, have a drink, etc. The young lady managing this place(Liu Shaoxia) likes to cook and she shared meals with me and the cleaner, so I felt really at home. There was a language barrier but we used WeChat to converse and translate. She can show you where to rent an electric scooter, provide information on your itinerary, recommend places of interest, etc. I informed her I wanted to rent an electric scooter and ride to Erhai Lake but she informed me that is not allowed on the highway so thankfully, I got the information on time and prevented myself from breaking the law due to ignorance. I do not speak, read or understand Mandarin. The inn's internet connection was stable and fast, but blocked by the Great Firewall of China so I was still unable to use Google-affiliated services. There is hot water shower and air conditioning, mineral water bottles, tissues and toilet paper are provided. If I come back to Dali, I will stay here again. Overall, a really good experience of a warm and inviting abode.

GGastnutzerIch hatte eine so tolle Zeit hier, dass ich meine Reise nach Lijiang abgesagt und einfach meinen Aufenthalt verlängert habe. Außerdem habe ich mit Lily Zitronentee und Eispulver zubereitet und neue Fähigkeiten erlernt. Die Getränke und Desserts, die ich zubereitet habe, waren sauber, gesund und schmeckten großartig . , ich werde auf jeden Fall bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Dali in Baihe übernachten.

AAaron CedricIch genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Der Front Desk Manager war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl der Eingang zum Hotel nicht so einladend wie andere Hotels ist, war das Zimmer selbst sehr nett. Es hatte alle Ausstattung, die ich erwartet hatte, einschließlich wirklich schön (anscheinend lokal) loser Blatt Tee zu brennen. Das WiFi war sehr stark und stabil und einfach zu schaffen. Ich schätze auch, dass die Dusche hatte hohen Druck und heißes Wasser. Das Bett war auch komfortabel ... mit der Art von fester Matratze, die ich lieber.
Ich möchte feststellen, dass die Lage des Hotels im modernen Teil von Dali liegt, das etwa 30 Minuten Taxifahrt von der alten Stadt Dali entfernt ist. Wenn Sie wirklich in der Nähe der Altstadt sein wollen oder malerische Aussichten auf den See haben, dann sollten Sie wahrscheinlich ein anderes Hotel wählen. Aber was ich über die Lage dieses Hotels mag ist, dass es sehr nahe der Bahnhof (Ich ging von der Bahnhof zu dem Hotel mit allen meinen Koffern in etwa 10-15 Minuten; kein Problem). Das Hotel ist auch nur etwa 10-15 Fuß vom See entfernt, so dass Sie, wenn Sie ein Fahrrad um den See fahren wollen, ein Fahrrad in der Nähe des Hotels oder des Seeparks vermieten können und dann finden Sie Ihren Weg von dort. Auch gibt es eine Vielzahl von guten, erschwinglichen Restaurants aus den Nachbarn um das Hotel zu wählen, mit besseren Preisen im Vergleich zu den Tourismusrestaurants in Old Dali. Insgesamt fand ich dieses Hotel einen guten Wert.

The room and toilet are clean. There are basic amenities like body shower, toothbrush,hair shampoo,comb, mineral water,kettle and tv provided.
I get free breakfast. They serve plain porridge with condiments, boiled egg,steam corn and sweet potatoes,bread and buns,fresh fruits and warm soy milk.The food is yummy and delicious.
Didi is available all the time and easy to assess from the hotel.You may also be greeted by fresh fruit sellers outside the hotel.We do buy some fresh grapes.
The hotel reception Ms Xiao Yang is very friendly and helpful.She helped to book Didi to Muslim restaurant for us.We also asked her for help to order a packed lunch because it was raining and we couldn't get out. Despite her work shift ending,she still waited for us to make sure we were safely back to the railway station. I hope her boss will recognise the hospitality she showed.
I recommend this hotel to tourists. You will not hear the noise outside the hotel during your stay.
Hopefully the management can put the hotel name signboard in english so it is easier for tourists to book Didi. Overall I was satisfied with the room and the warm hospitality the hotel provides.
