Wonderful and comfortable stay! The host and staff were very friendly and had excellent hospitality. The room was spacious and clean and our supplies were refilled daily. They even provided complimentary pickup service from the train station to the hotel and gave good sightseeing recommendations! We were given farewell gifts, which were a pleasant surprise. The host’s friendly pet dog was there to say hi to guests on most days.

It’s a great experience staying in 喜爱酒店！ the cleanliness and staff is amazing. It is super near 大理古城. Just a 10 mins walk or a 2 mins ride on the 电动车. Rental of the Electric bike is 30 yuan for the whole day. The hotel steward is super friendly and helpful with super good tips and recommendations on where to visit and what to look out for. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and will recommend anyone who is visiting Dali city to stay there!

Got upgraded and the front desk helped to put the rooms close to each other. The rooms are huge and beautiful and no complains. Everything is clean and well thought off. You can get extra water converter snacks.

Very cozy little place with friendly helpful owner and employees. The room is clean, smart ( xiaodu controlled aircon lights curtains TV etc) and toilet/shower has smart control too. As the TV is smart and most locals mirrors from their smart phones, the counter staff installed a separate TV box just for me when I requested for local news and channels. So sweet of them. Drinking water and snacks amenities are mostly free flow breakfast is great if you love local cuisine, when we check out they even gave us a set of parting gifts! Highly recommended!

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days with my sister. They have pick up service at the railway station for free if you stayed for more than 3 days. The driver they sent was really friendly and kind, he helped us to carry our luggage to the car and give us suggestions how to go around Dali. As we checked in the hotel room, we were so impressed by the cleanliness. I also must mention that they were also very thoughtful of their guests. As their washing area is on the top floor, they provide rooftop for drying clothes. Their amenities were also great which includes body lotion, sewing kit, and ear plugs. They also had free drinks and.in the kitchen for guests. Their breakfast was very nice also.

Dali Sheloves Resorts provides excellent customer service. The hotel assists us in planning our trip in Dali and Lijiang. Hotel room: My family booked 2-bedrooms suite. It is very spacious and clean. It is newly opened in Feb 2024. The rooms are equipped with high technology electrical appliances. Location: It is convenient, well located, around 5 to 10 minutes walk to Dali Ancient Town. Dali Ancient Town has many restaurants, coffee houses, music lounges, etc.

Hotel is new and clean. Staff is friendly and caring! We still enjoy the breakfast even we are Muslim.. there are hard boil egg, corn, tomatoes & soy beans. Recommended!

Nice, cosy, clean. Nothing to not love about this hotel! It’s a street away from the ancient town, so convenient! Hosts even send us off with rose jam and rose brown sugar. I love their rose jam during breakfast, so I bought one more bottle from them 🤭

Very accommodative and gave many suggestions on where to go. Minutes walk to the 古城。

The location is perfect if you want to be close to Dali ancient village. Down the slope, across the road and you are there. We enjoyed our stay the staff were friendly and the room was clean. We appreciated all the help from the front desk staff to arrange the transportation for us as it was the August school vacation and it was not easy to book a ride. You can do your laundry and hang to dry on the uppermost floor. The noodles prepared by Auntie for breakfast was delicious too. Thank you for your hospitality and the parting gift.

Friendly owners always going the extra mile for guests. 5 minutes walk from ancient town, 15 minutes drive from Cangshan and Three pagodas. Would stay again!

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. It's in a terrific and quiet location, just a short walk to the ancient city. The room was really comfortable, exceptionally clean, and very modern. The staff don't speak English, and I don't speak Chinese, but they were all very helpful via translate apps, the most friendly and helpful guys of any of the hotels I've stayed in so far in China. It was a bonus to have access to a washer/dryer on the rooftop. They kindly gave me a lovely gift when I was leaving and refunded some money I'd forgotten about. Highly recommended as it will be hard to find anywhere this good elsewhere in China.
