Rodeway Inn & Suites Fort Rucker

I am a loyal Wyndham member and have stayed at their hotels for over 25 years. They should be ashamed to allow this hotel to be one of theirs. The floor had dust balls and rolled up candy wrappers. The security lock was broken. A person was wrapped up in a blanket and leaning against the column near our door. I told the front desk person about him and he told me he does that every morning and evening and that he is harmless. Breakfast was to start at 7am, finally they put out coffee only at 7:30, nothing else. It is furnished in worn and dirty metal army surplus items. No drinking cups, coffee maker or microwave. At least the bedding was clean.

This hotel was nothing like what it was advertised. We had a late flight and ended up pulling in very late and walked into the room. There were stains on the sheets and lampshade, the lock was broken, there was sticky stuff in the door handles and it was very unclean. I do not recommend staying here.
