Ich muss oftmals nach Dalat zurück, um zu arbeiten. Kurze oder lange Geschäftsreisen werden oft von der Verwaltungspersonal des Unternehmens gebucht, und oft in Hotels im Stadtzentrum, in der Nähe des Da Lat Markt. Zuerst blieb ich noch in der Gewohnheit, aber dann fühlte ich mich ein wenig verschwenderisch, als ich nach DL kam, aber blieb an einem Ort nicht ganz anders als Hanoi oder SG - Stadthotels, ohne die einzigartigen Merkmale von DL. Also entschloss ich mich, ein Hotel mit seiner Natur zu finden, aber immer noch sicherzustellen, dass es nicht zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt ist (1 einige schöne, natürliche Hotels/Homestay aber in der Nähe des Tuyen Lam Seegebiet, sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt - ca. 10 km, geeignet für Entspannung, Nicht geeignet für Geschäftsreisen) & im Unternehmenshaushalt von etwa 1 oder weniger. Hoang Loc ist wirklich eine richtige Wahl, so dass meine Geschäftsreisen nicht langweilig und langweilig, sondern ein wenig interessanter. Der Platz des LDP-Grüngartens ist sehr schön und schön. Die Gastgeber müssen sehr daran interessiert sein, jede Anlage und Ausrüstung zu betreuen. Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

Es gibt nicht viel Raum, um einmal in der Innenstadt zu drehen und es wird eine Katastrophe für übergewichtige Gäste sein. Sein Design von zwei Schiebetüren, die am Diagonalpunkt schließen, ist nicht bewundernswert und die Schiebetüren sind kaum geschlossen! Der schlimmste Teil? Das Badezimmer Lichtstrahlt durch die Glastür (obwohl designiert verdorrt) trennen sie und das Schlafzimmer!! Vielleicht gut für eine Person, aber sicherlich nicht nein für 2 zu teilen! Zögern Sie, zurückzukommen.

Sehr schöner Preis. Zimmer mit Blick auf den Tal. Ruhig. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen.

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, urige Zimmer – das ist das perfekte Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp bei Ihrem Besuch in Dalat. Ich blieb nach einer Geschäftsreise ein paar Tage länger und das Personal gehörte zu den nettesten und hilfsbereitesten, die ich auf all meinen Reisen erlebt habe.

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. Das Hotelpersonal trägt Ihren Koffer auf Ihr Zimmer. Sie geben auch Erklärungen zur Nutzung der Zimmerausstattung. Mir wurde der 3. Stock zugewiesen und das Zimmer und das Badezimmer hatten große Fenster und Türen. Man hat einen Panoramablick und das Gefühl der Offenheit ist das Beste. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die große Fenster mögen! Ich kann die Windböen und das Krähen der Hähne im Morgengrauen hören. (Bitte beachten Sie dies, wenn Sie geräuschempfindlich sind) Da es neu gebaut ist, ist es sauber und hat vor allem einen Blick auf das Restaurant, in dem man frühstückt. Es ist das Beste!!! Auf drei Seiten offen! Auch die Reisnudeln waren sehr lecker. Vor allem das Huhn! Auch Früchte wie Mango und Drachenfrucht sind frisch. Es wäre toll, wenn du dich beim Frühstück entspannen möchtest ^^

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!!
