My stay at Edensee Resort was a delightful escape into nature's beauty. The mesmerizing scenery and top-notch service created a serene atmosphere, making it a memorable experience. However, the charm of the resort was slightly tempered by the aging appearance of my room, hinting at the need for a refreshing update to fully align with the overall excellence of Edensee

A gem stay by the lake. Beautiful views of river with boats to ride in and pine trees outside rooms. Resort was very clean and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Exceptional stay here. Breakfast was hearty with a wide we range of international food. Best of all was the back to nature feel with deers and peacocks roaming the place.

Nice and relaxing resort, free shuttle bus provided to town. Spa and massage are not recommended and are very expensive. Morning breakfast is good.

Limited choice for BF. More for local taste.

Greatest resort and spa in Dalat. This is truly 5 stars hotel with the best, friendly, and professional customer services. We had a excellent breakfast buffet with a variety of Western and Asian cuisine to choose. The resort set up a lot of activities that made us feel comfortable and landscaping is resembling of Switzerland in Southeast Asia.

As a guest at Edensee Resort, I can confidently say that it is an exceptional hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always went out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The resort itself is stunningly beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking a serene lake. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. My room had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, which made for a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The resort's facilities were also impressive, with a range of activities and amenities to suit every taste. I enjoyed a relaxing swim in the outdoor pool, followed by a rejuvenating massage at the spa. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated the option to stay active even while on vacation. The food at the resort was also exceptional, with a diverse selection of dishes to choose from. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, my experience at Edensee Resort was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of stunning natural surroundings, comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and excellent facilities made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

My second visit but very disappointed with this 5 stars hotel. Staffs cannot speak english bad services bad breakfast. Group vietnamese so annoyed make loud noise. Service totally drop and should be 3 stars max.

Special place to visit for sure and left great memories for us.

從開始預約接機就有不好的預感，郵件不回覆，電話打過去説沒有接機服務，自己打車。 房間衞生非常糟糕，床單浴巾潮濕，所謂的壁爐是電子取暖器，最糟糕的是衞生間下水道泛臭，退房提意見後經理去查看，居然説沒味道，還反過來質疑為什麼不早説，絲毫無歉意。 住過另外一家安娜，沃爾沃XC90接機，全程服務優秀，體驗拉滿。 總結，這種質量，這種態度，就0分推薦了，勸大家避坑。
