We liked the location up a slight hill from the lake, however the road this hotel is on is extremely busy and noisy all hours of the day and night - we did not get much sleep at all. Staff in the hotel were also noisy, especially around 5-6am as were their children, who frequently lay on the couches in the lobby playing handheld video games and screaming. The staff at the reception desk seemed to hate their jobs, hiding on the floor behind the desk! We stayed on in Dalat for 5 more days but moved to another hotel. I would not recommend this one.

A lovely hotel in a good location. Close to the night market and restaurants and places to visit like the waterfalls. There is also a gym down the road that is 100VND for a visit. You can buy water, beer and soft drinks from reception and they also do moped rental. Would recommend.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, staff were nice, but the problem came with the service and hotel management: 1 my reservation was breakfast included. The hotel didn't provide breakfast. No solution or compensation was offered. 2 the check in took about 40 min due to a last minute booking. Better to book 1 day in advance because staff don't know how to handle online reservations and the manager is not at the hotel. 3 when the room was cleaned, the maid did not put new bottles of gel and shampoo. 4. No bin trash in the room or in the toilet 5. No instant coffee, tea as advertised online 6. No bottle of water in the room upon check in. 7. Asking room rates at the lobby way more expensive than online. Overall it is a good hotel but not well managed.

Booked 2 rooms . Was given an “upgrade” to rooms in basement 2 (B2) next to where the washing of all linen was done. Both rooms were filled with a mix of musky smell and strong laundry powder which affected one of our members who was asthmatic . In one room, there was l no window. The ventilation was very poor. In addition, a spoon was found with mould in one of the rooms and the side table next to the bed which housed the hotel’s slippers reeked of feet odour. After requesting change of rooms to the hotel , the management declined to move us to other rooms saying the hotel was fully booked despite the sign on the main entrance which states that rooms were available. Hotel’s management insisted that both rooms were also non refundable. Staff at the counter tried his best to help- provided a fan in each room for better ventilation but this did not help much. Breakfast included a can sardines, a slice of cold bread , butter and eggs. Due to the poor condition of the rooms affecting our stay, we had no choice but to forfeit our pre- paid bills for the rooms on the second and third night to move to another accommodation.

Понравилась организация питания: завтраки были качественными, с хорошим выбором блюд. Персонал отеля вежлив и работает профессионально. Отдельно отмечаем услугу аренды мотоциклов, которая предлагается по очень конкурентоспособной цене, что является значительным преимуществом для гостей. Отель рекомендуем для размещения как надежный и комфортный вариант в Далате.

Очень плохой отель, воняет сыростью, номер не соответствует фото

Приветливый персонал, понятно говорящий на английском, что редкость. Номер очень большой, чистый и красивый. Полотенца видно, что не совсем новые, но не критично. На 4 человека по 2 стакана, 2 ложки, 2 воды. В целом, очень хороший отель и расположение, за свои деньги супер!

Удобное расположение, недалеко от центра. Уборка конечно слабое место этого отеля, но мы не придирались, и в целом в номере проводили мало времени. Каждый день ставят несколько бутылок чистой воды, полотенца меняют. Не было микроволновки (хотя на фото в номере была), всего 2 кружки, попросили - дали еще. Завтрак очень однообразный, мы в основном ели одну яичницу. Заканчивается в 9 утра. У нас был большой номер, в комнате без окон было теплее. А вообще вечером прохладно, и очень большая влажность

Хорошее расположение, неплохие завтраки ща свою цену, очень тихий район

В номере оказались грязные шторы и полов. От штор летает пыль по комнате. Классное расположение, кровати удобные, постельное белье хлопковое. Огромный балкон для компании. Прекрасный вид из окна
