Hotel with beautiful views, a lot of greenery. Good service. the rooms are clean. This hotel will be convenient if guests have a car; there are no cafes or restaurants nearby. The pool is not heated. Pets allowed. We didn’t like the breakfast, We would like to see more European food, maybe cheese. But overall I liked the hotel.

We had great time staying at Zen Valley hotel. Everything was good. Staffs are friendly. We will stay here if we visit Dalat again.

Good experience of the real Dalat. Good breakfast. When you want to go outside, ask a taxi at the front desk. Restaurant is close 10PM.

Có welcome drink lúc check in và check out luôn Nhân viên nhiệt tình Căn B1 - Bungalow mình ở phía tường bị ẩm mốc , nhưng bù lại ga giường sạch sẽ . Khu vực phòng tấm siêu rộng siêu đẹp , nhưng khu bồn tắm đứng là không gian mở , nên tắm xong là cả sàn phòng tắm toàn nước. Bồn tắm siêu toooo, dép mang trong phòng cũng xịnnn Buffet sáng hơi ít món, ăn cũng bt , không ngon như cách đây 3-4 năm mình đi. Khu vực này hơi xa trung tâm tầm 3km , nhưng đi bộ từ cửa ks qua đường có món sữa chua phô mai nổi tiếng khi chùa Tàu với cả trứng gà lòng đào

호텔 직원분들 친절해요. 특히 잘생긴 벨보이분 친절하세요 그리고 세면대가 2개라 너무 좋아요 동시에 세수할 수 있어서 넘 편리하고. 위치는 도시랑 좀 거리가 있지만 차타면 10내외여서 괜찮아요 오히려 조용해서 너무 좋습니다. 도시에 소음이 없어서 아주 좋아요. 근데 층간 소음? 은 약간 있어요. 그리고 3층 개미 조금 있어요. 4층은 없었음 조식은 개인적으로 별로 맛 없었지만, 젤 맘에 들었던 숙소에요 강추합니다.

욕실에서 지내가 나와 많이 놀랐으며 침대는 삐끄덕 소리가 나서 잠자는데 불편했고 조식은 그적랬음

這是一間很棒的飯店，不管是飯店整體的氣氛還是服務的周到，都非常值得再來一次，並且朋友遺失了物品在飯店也很貼心的幫忙寄回，下次去大叻會在選擇的飯店！

Enthusiastic staff, professional service. The rooms are nice and clean, the price is not too expensive, and there are selft-drive motorbike rentals. Good service. Everyone should try coming here once to experience the service. Thanks Zen

We had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel and in Dalat. We stayed in the family bungalow, it's surrounded by trees and flowers, overlooking the valley. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, Jin (front desk staff) in particular was very knowledgeable, thank you for making our stay in Dalat so enjoyable!

The room was dirty when we checked in (there is ***** hair in the bathtub) , the bathroom door is almost fallen apart. The room is overall old. There is no view for our bungalow room (we pay high-end price compared to other rooms). The worst part is there is no AC in the room. There are standing fan and ceiling fan but my husband can’t sleep with fan blowing to his face …. The buffet was ok. The staff and service was ok. Nothing to complain about them. The location is not too far from the center. But we would not come back here.

Excellent room (B2 and B17), super nice view from rooms, excellent customer service, staffs are so helful and pet friendly. Always warm swiming pool in the middle of the mountain. Comfort beds with heaters. Must try Bánh Bèo for breakfast.

We stayed in a family bungalow at the Zen Valley Hotel for two nights. We have chosen this hotel based on good reviews, one of the reasons for choosing it was the spa with sauna and steam bath. We arrived at the hotel around 5 pm, after a flight from Da Nang. Upon arrival, we have been informed that most of the staff are infected with the Covid virus, so the kitchen is only open until 2 pm, and that the spa, sauna, massage are out of order and will remain closed durring our entire stay. When we explained that the above was quite a problem for us, that we had chosen the hotel based on the services they offer and that we would have expected at least prior notification of the current situation, on which they understandably cannot influence, they offered us a refund, as the hotel was already paid a month ago for both nights. Considering the late hour, we really didn't want to look for another hotel so we didn't decide to do so. and we stay. However we had a very bad feeling the whole stay. Covid has been a problem for more than two years for all of us, we understand the situation, but it is still not OK that there is a staff at the reception who looks sick. Even otherwise, with rare exceptions, the staff at this hotel is not exactly satisfied, the bungalows are otherwise beautiful, clean with a wonderful view, the breakfast is exceptional. But that's all from our point of view. We have been traveling all over Vietnam for 14 days so far and this was the first hotel that we left unsetisfied.
