What a wonderful hotel! We absolutely loved our time at the Ana Mandara Hotel! I would say its charming location and bungalows, outstanding staff and high quality food made it the perfect stay for us in Dalat! Our kids felt really comfortable here and it just made for a great Dalat experience! Highly recommended!

Good location. Very near to the dalat night market. Walking Ard 5 mins. A lot of food near the hotel. The front desk receptionist is very helpful. Able to speak and communicate in English. Will recommend this to friends if any of them are coming to dalat for holiday.

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

Wir waren überrascht, dass wir in dieses ganze, gefärbte Hotel mit einem Ton in der Erde gingen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und heißes Wasser. Die A/C und die Wärme waren ein wenig spitzig, da sie auch mit einigen anderen Zimmern verbunden war, aber sie gab uns einen tragbaren Heizgerät, das gut funktionierte. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und „Vy“ war jeden Tag absolut unglaublich. Sprecht auch gut Englisch. Das Frühstück war anständig, obwohl der Salat besser gewesen wäre, wenn mehr Gemüse angeboten würden. Die Lage ist nur 10 Minuten oder weniger vom See und Nachtmarkt entfernt. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und Sie werden zu einem super großen Supermarkt in der farbigen Dome. (Vergessen Sie den Namen). Außerhalb des Supermarktes ist ein großer Bereich, wo Sie eine Mini Segway für 2 $ für 20 Minuten mieten können. Insgesamt können Sie nicht für den sehr vernünftigen Preis falsch gehen. Howard S.

Es sieht sauber aus, weil es neu gebaut wurde ... Die Innenmaterialien sind einfach billig und in China hergestellt ... Die Fenster sind dick, so dass Außengeräusche eindringen. Die Aussicht ist sehr gut, da es hoch oben liegt. Der Kühlschrank ist nicht kühl und laut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach in Ordnung

This is second hotel I tried in Dalat. It is a very lovely villa style hotel. The overall design is simple gorgeous from the lobby to your villa (room) I am staying at villa 5 which is very near to the lobby. You don’t need to use the cabby service & I prefer to walk so as to enjoy the peaceful environment. Pls note there is no lift and my room is on the 3rd floor which is the highest. The room is very spacious and pretty. They are using UK/US power points which are available on both sides of the bed. Do note that one of the power points has been used for the alarm clock but you can easily remove it. For the bedside lamp, it is using touch sensor. Have fun trying to turn it on and adjust the brightness. There are 4 mineral water bottles (2 inside the bar fridge), 3-4 type of tea bags to choose from and coffee too. Toilet and shower are separated. The water pressure is strong and have constant hot water. They provide refillable nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion too. Though there is air conditioning, I can’t control which later is fixed by the technician. However, it is still not that cold even it is 20 degree, more like 25-26 degree. I don’t like hot temperature and my “sensor” body can tell the coldness of the room, haha. Wanted to open the window as it is so much cooler. Give up the idea as I am more worried about the mosquitoes. Suggest to put a mosquitoes net so that we can open the window. Woke up every nights as I feel so warm using the blanket. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful and eager to serve you though some may not be fluent in English. The toilet looks pretty but the basin area is just too small. My toiletries bag will get wet when using the basin The breakfast is very delicious and many varieties to choose from. Try to avoid peak hour from 7:30am to 8:45am. You should try their 1929 Lobby Bar, they are delicious too. Overall, I have a good stay and my girlfriend is happy and my positive energy fully recharged! Highly recommended!

Was war gut 1. Absolut herrliche Lage! Belegen neben Tuy ển Làm See. Der See und die Umgebung sind atemberaubend. Abstand von der Stadt, ruhig und ruhig. 2. Villas sind geräumig. Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Badezimmer. Ideal für eine Familie von vier. 3. Frühstücksverteilung war gut, wie erwartet in jedem Resort. 4. Vegetarier Menü war verfügbar und Gerichte waren schön. Wir hatten Mittagessen und Abendessen und es war gut. 5. Es gibt Peachkochen und Peachen laufen überall. Die Villas scheinen mehr Wartung zu bedürfen - es waren Nüsse und Ecken Staub oder Reparaturen. Der Pool sah schabby! 2. Die Frequenz des Busses kann vielleicht erhöht werden. Zurzeit dreimal am Tag nach Dalat und zurück.

TThe ExcursionistCam Ly Homestay in Dalat bietet einen erinnerelichen Rückzug mit seiner warmen Gastfreundschaft und erstaunlichen Aussichten. Obwohl ich bei der Buchung eine kleine Frage beim Einchecken getroffen habe, hat Trip es schnell gelöst und sogar nachgefolgt, um sicherzustellen, dass ich in komfortabel abgewickelt.
Der Blick auf meinen Aufenthalt war zweifellos die atemberaubenden Blicke aus meinem Zimmer. Ich wurde zu einer malerischen Aussicht behandelt.
Cam Ly Homestay ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom berühmten Crazy House entfernt und in der Nähe anderer Attraktionen. Dadurch ist es eine ideale Basis für die Erforschung von Dalat und die Tauchung in die lokale Kultur. Die strategische Lage des Heimsitzes ermöglichte mir einfachen Zugang zu authentischen Küchen und erleben Sie den Charme der Stadt.
Ich hätte meinen Aufenthalt ohne Zwang verlängert. Cam Ly Homestay's Mischung aus warmer Gastfreundschaft, herrliche Aussichten und bequeme Lage machen es eine unwiderstehliche Wahl für jeden, der Dalat besucht. Beachten Sie, dass der Aufenthalt im Haus etwa 45 Minuten Fahrtverkehr abhängig vom Flughafen ist. Statt lokalen Taxis zu verwenden, herunterladen Sie die Grab-App und beantragen Sie einen Rabatt für die beste Art von Reisen dort. Auch beachten Sie, dass Sie zusätzliche Gebühren zahlen werden. Also beware that the car can only drop you at the bottom of the streetway. You’ll need to walk the last 10m uphill. Location: It’s very close to town and within walking distance of the Da Lat night market (Chợ Đà Lạt). At night, there are good bars and pubs nearby that you can walk to. For your convenience, there’s a mart on the main road as well. However, the hostel is situated in an alley that cars cannot access, so you’ll need to park on the main road and walk to the hostel.
Service: Top-notch! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English. They let us keep our luggage and relax in the hostel’s common area before and after check-in and check-out. They also provide a common bathroom in case you arrive early or stay late, and they’re happy to call a taxi for you. The best part is that they have motorcycles and bicycles for rent; however, you’ll need to leave your passport with them (we received ours back in good condition).
Amenities: They provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, though there’s no toothpaste provided. The weather is cool enough that you don’t need air conditioning. There’s a common iron and stove available for use (a small fee applies for the stove).
Cleanliness: Good for a hostel. They have dogs, but there’s no smell or pet hair around.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here again.

Der Ort ist schön und ruhig, fühlt sich luxuriös, gute Bettwäsche, schöne Sonnenunterkünfte. Einige Klavier (TV) Sound kommt aus der Lobby. Nice Ambiente. Guter Preiswert. Dies ist nicht das Stadtzentrum, Sie nehmen einen Griff zu gehen irgendwo, Ort kann als ”d Haus” auf Google Karten leicht gefunden werden.
Viele Stromausgänge, Raum, Tische und einige Stühle und 2 Spiegel im Zimmer. Die Bettwäsche sind dick, nur 2 Blätter für 4 Personen, aber ich denke, es ist für Paare.

Die Innenslips schädigen meine Füße mit jedem Schritt, es gibt viele Schritte auf Ebene -2. Kann sie nicht wegnehmen, weil der Boden kalt ist.
Wenn Sie ins Toilette oder Dusche gehen, müssen Sie das Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Shampoo-Kleidung usw. aus Ihrem Zimmer bringen, Ihr Zimmer verriegeln, Ihre Schlüssel bringen, ...
*** Sie brauchen eine Orgacharta und eine Checkliste nur, um einen Puppen zu nehmen.
Das Licht kann nicht vom Bett wechseln, und wenn Sie ins Zimmer kommen, müssen Sie zuerst hinter der Tür zuerst erreichen.

JJaxzEnglish Language - 5/10 stars. Compare to Ho Chi Minh City hotel staffs, Sandals Camellia’s proficiency is basic but still acceptable and good with me. Because if you travel to the other shops around the hotel buying stuffs or having a meal it will be even worse! Only a few shop owners can converse in English and many aren’t patient in communicating though they are still friendly and approachable.
Price - 10/10 stars. Dalat City Hotels seems very much competitive against hotels at Ho Chi Minh City. For the price paid, the service, amenities and breakfast compared I like it the best and very much better! If you’re not into Vietnam shopping, you should visit Dalat instead! For me I’m a nature and scenery lover! Dalat highly recommended over Ho Chi Minh City!
Service - 6/10 stars, basic taxi calling service is there. But unlike Ho Chi Minh City hotels, there’s no Hotel Tour Service. Most of the staffs aren’t also very familiar with all the places of visit either, but they are all very approachable friendly and helpful, and try their best to google information for you for instance the address. If you visit Dalat, you’ve to ownself conduct homework at home before traveling there on what places of interests to visit. Also google doesn’t tells every single places of interest in Dalat. You need to ownself travel to the tour office to book a local taxi driver, whom then has the knowledge of their own city, he’ll will guide and show you and recommend you places around Dalat. But prepare to learn some Vietnamese as many tour drivers couldn’t communicate in English but fret not, as google translate is your friend and everyone there has a smart phone. The Dalat people are mostly jovial, approachable and friendly.
Breakfast/Food - 10/10 stars, Excellent I like it! I’m a buffet and Pho lover. For the price paid I’m extremely satisfied!
Bed - 9/10 stars, didn’t gave it a perfect 10 score rating as I’m a person who prefers thick and hard pillows.
Aircon - 7/10 stars. Acceptable. The Aircon is working good and cool enough.
Toilet - 7/10 stars excellent! There’s warm water readily available, and ample showering lotion and shampoo, and other basic toiletries. The water from the handheld shower head is good and nice not weak flowing. However the missing 3 stars is the likelihood of a very wet bathroom floor. Basically it’s a Walk-in Shower design however it’s build as Curbless. The benefits of having Curbless is to benefits elderly and senior tourists who require mobility aids such as wheelchair the ease of accessing the showering area, and no risk of playful kids running and tripping over the Curbed, therefore Curbless is safer and better. Problem is the slope of the floor don’t seems right… the floor of the shower isn’t lower than the rest of the bathroom therefore water isn’t easily contained within the showering area and kept spilling to the rest of the bathroom floor, making a very messy toilet, unless you take special care to use a less strong spray and ensure you don’t accidentally spray outwards to prevent mini ponding to the rest of the bathroom floor. Also as mentioned earlier the Shower Head has nice strong spray, the drainage floor trap can be a little floody as water isn’t drained out fast enough…
Sound Proofing - No comments….. 3/10 stars. Unfortunately I’ve encountered very noisy neighbours during my stay, who slam their doors as they enter and exit their rooms even late at night. Also since the hotel is situated near a busy road, you can hear lots of horning and motorbikes speeding by even at night.
Other amenities - no reviews for mini bar or laundry service as I didn’t use them.
Overall rating - 7/10 stars highly recommended!

Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Sauber, es gibt alles, was Sie für eine komfortable Unterkunft brauchen. Eine große Terrasse, auf der Sie Ihren Ruhe genießen können.
Von den Nebenstöcken - Ich fühlte den Geruch der Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer und im Boden.

GGastnutzerThe hotel was so adorable! It truly felt like we were in a little fairy village. We arrived a little later in the evening, and the owner, who lives on site was very welcoming. My only downside to our stay was the bathroom. There is no shower curtain, so the water literally gets everywhere. I’m not sure if the smell of urine was coming from the drainage or if it was leaking somewhere from the toilet. Either way that was the only real issue we found. The beds are not very plush so be prepared. Also if you’re like me, and don’t want to leave your physical passport at the desk the entire stay, be prepared to pay 1M VND, to hold as security(you’ll get it back if you have no damages). I wasn’t prepared for that so it took me a little aback. All in all we absolutely enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us. On the day of our departure, the owner called a taxi for us, which saved us almost half of what GRAB was going to charge. If we ever return to Dalat, we would absolutely stay here again!

Am Abend gibt es nur wenige Lichter um, so ist es sehr dunkel, ein wenig von der Stadt entfernt, geeignet für diejenigen, die sich separat entspannen wollen, gibt es einen Spaziergang.

MMM_153The hotel looks old colonial style with many antique artifacts. Most of the area were dirty nobody is taking care. The owner should hire a person to take care the beautiful artifacts, cars etc. it’s very rare pieces. We stayed for 2 nights but our room nobody clean it even we hang the signage outside our room while we go out almost half day from 13.00pm and came back to our room at 21.00pm. And when we mentioned then staff did apologize. Have many staff I saw but no one maybe do patrol the room, mostly I saw relaxing. Breakfast for two days only noodle soup and the same fruit. I believe that Dalat supplies fruit to most of the region in vietnam but here only served rotten banana and vietnam apple. Seem like nobody supervised staffs when working. I when out to buy fruit very cheap. Your hotel is so good but no quality in food and beverage as well as the service PS: I like your antique collection

GGuest UserInsgesamt Es war nur OK. (Wie im Februar 2023) Zimmer reichen von 15m2 bis etwa 22m2 und werden überholt. Besonders das Badezimmer, die Drinnung ist wirklich langsam. Sobald Sie eine Dusche haben, werden Sie überall mit Seife Wasser überschwemmt. Klangt eine Katastrophe, man kann alle Lärme hören, Kinder schreien und aus dem Außenbereich laufen. Die Tür kann nicht einmal richtig verriegeln, sie hält sich selbst, egal wie weich oder hart ich die Tür schließe. Jedes Mal, wenn ich das Zimmer verlassen oder einreise, musste ich mit der Tür mit dem Schließen mehrmals kämpfen. Sie brauchen wirklich eine Ersetzung für ihre Einrichtungen. Lage des Hotels ist OK. Belegen in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Sie können einfach überall mit einem Scooter gehen. Das Hotel ist nicht zu weit von touristischen Attraktionen entfernt. Ich hatte die schlimmste Erfahrung mit dem Rezeptionpersonal. Sie waren nicht sehr hilfreich während meiner Ein- und Auscheckung. Ich kam um Mittag und fragte, ob ich jederzeit überprüfen könnte. Sie antworteten, dass sie mir das Zimmer holen werden, sobald der Klärschrank fertig war und sie waren so sicher, dass sie meinen Namen ausrufen, sobald es bereit ist. Was? Sie haben mich zwei Stunden auf mich gewartet, bis ich wieder gekommen bin, um zu fragen, ob mein Zimmer bereit ist. Und jetzt das gerade gesagt hat Oh es ist hier bereit ist Ihr Zimmer. Was? Personal hat mich zwei Stunden auf mich gewartet, ohne zu wissen, ob sie das Zimmer bereits bereit für die Eincheckung? Sie sahen mich ganze Zeit im Wartebereich sitzen und ohne Entschuldigung, mich zu warten. Sie fühlten sich wie nichts passiert. Diese Mitarbeiter brauchen ernsthaft mehr Ausbildung. Das gleiche passierte während meiner Auscheckung. Ich musste immer und immer fragen, ob ich jetzt meine ID zurückkriegen kann. Diese Mitarbeiter sind die unverantwortlichste, die ich je erlebt habe. Ich würde es besser schätzen, wenn es nicht für das Personal war.
