Wir haben zwei Nächte geblieben und das großzügige Zimmer mit den beiden getrennten Betten gefallen. Wir fanden das Zimmer sauber, angenehm und ruhig, mit modernen elektronischen Steuerungen ausgestattet, was die Handhabung nicht unbedingt erleichtert. Also in der Nacht war es keinerlei Grund, dass das Panel für den Luftraum jedes Mal in einer Weile aufging. Wir fanden keinen Weg, das zu stoppen. Der Luftraum selbst funktionierte gut und die Temperatur war einfach zu regulieren. Beide Betten trugen 2 identische, große Kissen, zu groß für unseren Komfort. Stattdessen, wir hätten zwei Kissen unterschiedlicher Größe gefallen, um eine Wahl zu haben, auf welche man am besten schlafen kann. Aber das Hotel hatte nur eine Größe Kissen. Das Frühstück im fünften Stock war reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. So waren wir mit unserem Hotel zu mehr als 80% zufrieden.

Die Lage und der Speiseservice im Zimmer von Stieglitz sind sehr gut. Ich hatte jedoch nicht das Gefühl, dass das Geld, das ich bezahlt habe, angemessen ist. Es gab kein kostenloses WLAN und die Kosten für kostenpflichtiges WLAN waren ziemlich lächerlich. Annehmlichkeiten wie Trinkwasser und sogar Toilettenpapier wurden nicht aufgefüllt und mussten nachgefragt werden. Ich würde nicht wieder hier übernachten, zumal ich diese grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten bekommen kann, ohne in billigeren Hotels in der Nähe zu fragen.

I had a pleasant stay at hotel ganga sagar in mangalore on the nights of the 12th and 15th. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was courteous and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. One area for improvement would be to offer room service around the clock, at least for coffee or tea. Overall, it was a great experience, and i would definitely recommend it to others.

Have to review this! So some one from the managment can read and work on improving customer service with the team. Let me start with the good and appreciated review. The food is really good. The tandoori items fresh. Hot. Delicious especially the non veg items. We also enjoyed the khichdi for the kids. Prepared just as we asked for without spice. and it was gobbled. We entered the restaurant and noticed 1 table only booked. We chose our seat. In a couple of minutes, the place got full. There were literally only 2 waiters and 1 main staff trying to manage almost 10 tables. 30 mins later and after we complaining to the main reception, our order was taken. The khichdi was delicious. But took almost 40 mins to get served to our table. The staff informed us that since it was republic day. Everyone else was on leave. No attentive staff around. Captain seemed least bothered when we informed him bout the service. The worst part is we packed a chicken malai kabab of almost 5 pcs. But reached home and found only 2 pcs! Sorry to say. But the service needs to be seriously improved and honestly looked into seriously for improvement.

The location was awesome near the nethravathi river. The hotel is located on the maintenance way to the temple and hence locating the hotel was not an issue. The reception was warm and i got the room without any delay. The room was allotted with a view of the river through the woods from the room balcony. The restaurant was good, harmless and the taste was good. Quick and friendly service was an added advantage. The room facilities could have been better considering the cost

The stay was absolutely gorgeous. It has a great view of the devarmane peak and has a pond within the property providing kayaking and boating experiences. You can simply relax within the property taking small walks around or the stream that's close by. To top it off, the food provided here is absolutely delicious and homely. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting chikmagalur.

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt für eine Woche in diesem Hotel. Das ganze Team einschließlich des Managers Mr. Cletus, Vijay, Akshata, Sudeksha, Rajesh & das Hausbetreuungspersonal waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell in ihren Diensten den ganzen Tag. Das Hotel war gut gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut, mit verschiedenen Artikeln täglich serviert. Das Hotel ist zentral mit guten Restaurants und Supermärkten in der Nähe. Zomato & Swiggy liefert auch das Hotel. Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen und wir würden auch während unseres nächsten Besuchs hier bleiben.

Aurum the most imp is 24 hrs food... We connected via Shruti and she had ensured every bit of our travel is good, not just stay. Calls, messeges, temple info, time, room booking, add on services....she had it all done with perfection and efforts beyond her host duties. Shruti was a great pleasure to be hosted by when we reached , her teammates were exceptionally helpful. Aurum is a heavenly placed equally divine as the Kukkeshri temple is. The ambience is spiritual with nature infused beaty and 4 star hotel seevices. riverside room is unbelievable. We can stand by riverside hillock. The best is the people. All the staff members have ”no artificial ” but homely way to make your stay a great temple visit. They go extra mile. We had a special request that they could refuse but they rather helped like their own responsibility. Two staff were all kind n gentle for this. Room service is world classs. Food order at 2 am was served with smile n super taste. Rate and charging are reasonable. Never feel like leaving. Resto by river is unbelievable People , team make it so natural and sweet. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. During our stay, my son experienced travel sickness, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They connected us with a doctor and even prepared special food for my son, ensuring his comfort. Their tagline, ”Welcome to Hospitality,” perfectly describes the experience my family and I had. The reception staff's courtesy set a welcoming tone, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. we actually early checked in and it costed 1050. I mean it's half of the price of the stay just for 3 hours early hours. There was no kettle or anything for making your own warm water ( you can still ask the front desk for hot water )

We availed breakfast at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious but the quantity was limited unfortunately. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the ac unit worked flawlessly to keep the room nice and cool. On the flip side, the accessibility for seniors or people with leg or knee problems left a lot to be desired. The few flights of stairs have no hand rails and the entire entrance was slippery due to rain. This is a big safety hazard. The hotel neighborhood has a lot of active construction going on which made it very noisy in the day time. The tv was non functional and while we requested assistance it took a long time for the staff to come and take a look. Finally, the lobby raked off cigarette smoke throughout the day. While the room itself was free from the smell of tobacco this left me with a severe headache. Overall this contributed to an average experience.

Booked 5 N package from 22nd Oct for family trip. 3N is suite room and 2N in presidential suite. For family of 4 like ours Suite room shld be apt. Moti mahal property is a bit old and hence slight room and plumbing issues due to which I cld not give 5 star. Negatives end here and the positive list continues 1) Accessible to all places near hampankatta. 2) Excellent reception staff, wld like to mention Roy and Anshul who were always ready to help,guide and resolve any issue highlighted,made our stay special. 3) Housekeeping team is full of simple staff, doing their job sincerely 4) They have veg,non veg and Thai restaurant if you want to dine in the hotel lots of delicious options to choose from. 5) Breakfast buffet is a decent spread, every day the spread changes and all dishes are delicious 6) All in all excellent place to stay when in namma Mangaluru, Left with fond memories, will definitely visit again.
