Sie haben mit meiner Familie einen Tag geblieben und sie gab mir eine kostenlose Upgrade zum Zimmer mit Meerblick. Freundliches Personal, und sie haben einen sauberen Schwimmbad, in dem wir einen tollen Abend genossen. Sie haben auch genügend Parkplatz. Lebensmittelgeschmack muss verbessert werden.

Die Lage und der Speiseservice im Zimmer von Stieglitz sind sehr gut. Ich hatte jedoch nicht das Gefühl, dass das Geld, das ich bezahlt habe, angemessen ist. Es gab kein kostenloses WLAN und die Kosten für kostenpflichtiges WLAN waren ziemlich lächerlich. Annehmlichkeiten wie Trinkwasser und sogar Toilettenpapier wurden nicht aufgefüllt und mussten nachgefragt werden. Ich würde nicht wieder hier übernachten, zumal ich diese grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten bekommen kann, ohne in billigeren Hotels in der Nähe zu fragen.

Embarking on our South India tour from the UK, ***galore unexpectedly became a stopover, chosen for its proximity to the airport. Opting for the AJ Grand Hotel based on stellar reviews turned out to be a serendipitous decision. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel provided convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and modern malls, all within a leisurely 30-minute walk. The reception staff's courtesy set a welcoming tone, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism. I came to ginger manglore with my friends and staff was very helpful mainly Mr Abhisek from front office he was very kind attend me very quickly and the housekeeping Hassan was also very fast to give request requirement and security team mr Rahul was also very helpful to bring luggage I was very happy with ginger the way they given services

Excellent property away from all the noise. It offers the best to family to friends who are on a weekend getaway. Nice resorts amidst the greenery of your choice. Neat wooden deluxe amenities, a nice fit to your pocket. Young and Children-friendly, you can find all that play and fun. Good food and service, with professional staff. Except this property is a bit far from the beaches of Mangalore.

Have to review this! So some one from the managment can read and work on improving customer service with the team. Let me start with the good and appreciated review. The food is really good. The tandoori items fresh. Hot. Delicious especially the non veg items. We also enjoyed the khichdi for the kids. Prepared just as we asked for without spice. and it was gobbled. We entered the restaurant and noticed 1 table only booked. We chose our seat. In a couple of minutes, the place got full. There were literally only 2 waiters and 1 main staff trying to manage almost 10 tables. 30 mins later and after we complaining to the main reception, our order was taken. The khichdi was delicious. But took almost 40 mins to get served to our table. The staff informed us that since it was republic day. Everyone else was on leave. No attentive staff around. Captain seemed least bothered when we informed him bout the service. The worst part is we packed a chicken malai kabab of almost 5 pcs. But reached home and found only 2 pcs! Sorry to say. But the service needs to be seriously improved and honestly looked into seriously for improvement.

The location was awesome near the nethravathi river. The hotel is located on the maintenance way to the temple and hence locating the hotel was not an issue. The reception was warm and i got the room without any delay. The room was allotted with a view of the river through the woods from the room balcony. The restaurant was good, harmless and the taste was good. Quick and friendly service was an added advantage. The room facilities could have been better considering the cost

A good hotel near Dharmasthala temple. Rates are on the higher side but worth the money. Restaurant is also good. Food is tasty & rates are reasonable. Staff are courteous too. Since it’s six kilometres from Dharmasthala temple, you need to have your own vehicle or tourist car. I couldn’t see any Autos. It has a spa too. If you want to stay in a hotel without the noise around a temple then this is it.

The stay was absolutely gorgeous. It has a great view of the devarmane peak and has a pond within the property providing kayaking and boating experiences. You can simply relax within the property taking small walks around or the stream that's close by. To top it off, the food provided here is absolutely delicious and homely. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting chikmagalur.
