Here's a review: *5/5 stars* we had the pleasure of staying at river roost and it was an absolute delight! the moment i stepped in, i was struck by the warm and inviting ambience that set the tone for a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly cordial and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The food was simply delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste and preference. I was impressed by the quality and presentation of each dish, and the service. But what really made my stay stand out was the array of activities and amenities they have. From indoor games to outdoor activities, there was something for everyone. And the swimming pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, i would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The combination of great ambience, friendly staff, delicious food, and excellent amenities makes it a true gem.

Location of the property is in the heart of the city. Staff is extremely friendly and humble. Food here is amazing in both the restaurants that I have tried. Morning buffet breakfast spread is outstanding especially pineapple sheera and medu vada are too yummy. The rooms are very neat and clean. Hotel has positive vibes. Overall I would rate 10 on 10 and recommend for families to stay here.

Complimentary breakfast will not be ready on time.They say it starts at 7:30 but dishes will not be available if you go on time. I noticed this never corrected after visiting twice to his Hotel. 2. Rooms are not cleaned unless you keep following them to do it. 3. Particularly a male receptionist ( not noticed his name) has a very bad attitude. If we ask any queries his replies are not polite. He answers like as we no nothing to throw his intelligence.

Es gab kein kostenloses WLAN und die Kosten für kostenpflichtiges WLAN waren ziemlich lächerlich. Annehmlichkeiten wie Trinkwasser und sogar Toilettenpapier wurden nicht aufgefüllt und mussten nachgefragt werden. Ich würde nicht wieder hier übernachten, zumal ich diese grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten bekommen kann, ohne in billigeren Hotels in der Nähe zu fragen.

The place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.

Stayed here for a night recently. Excellent property- neat , clean and well maintained. Room was spacious and well appointed with all amenities , toiletries, mini bar etc.. Staff are well trained, courteous and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was well laid out and satisfactory.
