"Do not trust Tulum Resort in Dakhla, they are not honorable and they are not honest. They stole money from me. I visited Tulum Resort in Dakhala in April of 2024. I had a medical problem with my eye so I asked If I could get a refund for the remainder of my time if I left to seek medical attention. They Officially approved a full refund of about $1,600 US. If they did not guarantee my refund I would have ompleted my pre paid stay there. I have been in communication with them since April or 2024 and it is now Jan of 2025. They have promised my refund many times and aslo told me that it had been sent at leat 3 times, in writing. They have aslo offered the full refund in writing in the form of a contract that they had me sign and guaranteed the return of my money as they promised. Tulum Resort has not refunded me the money that they promised in writing no less than 4 times. They lied to me repeatedly and stole the refund by keeping it and no honoring their promise to return it. I do have well documented proof of this as well as the contract that they sent. Do not trust Tulum Resort, they lie to their ciistomers and steal money that they promised to refund in writing. They have stated a fear of getting a bad reputation. This is their reputation with proof. Theu like and steal from their customers. Becasie of this, one of the world largest adventure travel companies that booked me there is removing Tulum Resort form the properties that they book and reccomending that others do the same. Beware and use caution before you bok Tulum Resort as they can not be trusted with your mmoney and they are not honest people. As stated, I have proof in writing of all of this."

"This hotel is new and has potential. The good - food was delicious. It is a set menu every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner - rooms were clean. the woman who cleans does an amazing job - common areas had great wifi. we were able to work and do zoom calls with zero problems - hotel is cute. nice decorations and homey feeling - the service. the hotel staff is very kind and friendly - location is perfect for kite boarding. the main activity here is kiteboarding, wingfoiling, etc What could be better - the walk from the rooms to the bathroom is all sand it is impossible not to get sand in your room after a shower. a stone path or some type of path would be wonderful - the rooms - please install some hooks as it would be useful for wet towels. a mirror in the room would also be wonderful as well as some additional storage space - the food is difficult for anyone who has celiac or does not eat bread. I would have liked a bit larger or portions or a second option for lunch/dinner in case I did not like pasta or whatever was on the menu that day."

"Tolles Hotel, sehr nettes, hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal, an der Rezeption (Ikram, Imane, Salah) im Restaurant mit gutem Essen (Chef Khaled und sein Staff Kaoutar, Ahmed, Walid....die Frauen am Omelette Stand), an der Bar (Faouzi, Chakib), die sehr fleißigen Putzfrauen, Amal die Shop Verkäuferin, die Sicherheitsmänner Mr. Ben Acher....Die Kite Schule, mit ihrem Manager Rachid, Yasser, die Kite Lehrer Walid, Amine, Alaa, Hamza, Simo, Mosta und die Assistenten Otmane, Yassine, Bilal, Ayoub, Hamza, Kacem und Bilal...alles tolle Leute, die sehr aufmerksam sind, viel Geduld mit uns beim Lernen hatten. Die Schule hat tolles Material auch zum Ausleihen. Im Ganzen kann man das Hotel PK25 nur empfehlen."

" I can only summarize my stay at Selina as HORRIBLE, this SCAM should be removed from Booking, it is the worst accommodation I have ever been in my life. The hotel was DIRTY in general, the room had not been cleaned, the light did not work, the bed was full of sand, the shower full of hair, there was no gel or toilet paper and everything was full of flies. It took several hours to give us a new room. The common areas were full of sand, the hammocks and cushions very dirty and the tables full of dirty dishes that took hours to pick up and full of flies. Breakfast and dinner were VERY BAD, and there was hardly any food for the guests, neither cutlery, the glasses were all dirty, we ordered food from the menu and they told us that we could only order one dish from the entire menu and it also took more than one hour to serve. For personal reasons we had to leave 3 days earlier than planned but they charged us for the entire stay. We have claimed our money incessantly, but they do not give us a clear answer, we know that most of the guests LEFT the hotel due to the conditions."

Das Reisen in Marokko in leider nicht so einfach das erniedrigt ein bischen das Preis/Leitungsverhältnis. Wir hatten Spass in diesen Ferienclub, für "Nichtkiter" meiner Meinung ungeeignet."
