Von der warmen Willkommen bei der Ankunft bis zum Abreisemoment, alles fühlte sich persönlich und echten. Das Zimmer war spotless, geschmacklos dekoriert und bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Lagunen. Jeden Morgen genossen ich einen leckeren, frisches Frühstück mit lokalen Spezialitäten und frisch gemahlenem Saft. Die Gäste waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und immer bereit mit Tipps auf Sehenswürdigkeiten, Ausflüge und den besten Orten, um kitesurfen oder lokal zu essen. Die Lage war ruhig, aber zentral, perfekt für die Erforschung der Region oder nur entspannen. Ich danke Lola und Gabriel für die Wiedervergessliche Reise nach Dakhla. Ich werde sicher bald wieder zurück sein!"

" I can only summarize my stay at Selina as HORRIBLE, this SCAM should be removed from Booking, it is the worst accommodation I have ever been in my life. The hotel was DIRTY in general, the room had not been cleaned, the light did not work, the bed was full of sand, the shower full of hair, there was no gel or toilet paper and everything was full of flies. It took several hours to give us a new room. The common areas were full of sand, the hammocks and cushions very dirty and the tables full of dirty dishes that took hours to pick up and full of flies. Breakfast and dinner were VERY BAD, and there was hardly any food for the guests, neither cutlery, the glasses were all dirty, we ordered food from the menu and they told us that we could only order one dish from the entire menu and it also took more than one hour to serve. For personal reasons we had to leave 3 days earlier than planned but they charged us for the entire stay. We have claimed our money incessantly, but they do not give us a clear answer, we know that most of the guests LEFT the hotel due to the conditions."

"I am a regular guest at the Tulum Resort and I usually appreciate the property and its facilities. Unfortunately, on my last visit, I was refused entry to the restaurant and bar without a clear explanation. I was also disappointed by the way some security staff interacted with guests, which, in my opinion, did not meet the level of service expected in an establishment of this category. My intention is not to criticize the hotel as a whole, but to share an experience that, in my opinion, deserves the attention of management to improve the welcome and service at the entrance. I hope this comment will be taken into account, as Dakhla and the Tulum Resort have many positive aspects."
