Antwort der Unterkunft: Hi Rhodora, we are sorry to hear about your experience with your recent stay with us. All our room toilets are equipped with a bidet. Our standard check-out time is 12 noon. Room extension beyond our check-out time (12 noon) is subject to room availability upon request. In case the room occupancy is high, we won’t be able to accommodate late checkouts to give ample time to tidy the room for the next expected guest. A security deposit of 1500 is collected upon check-in to cover any room incidentals but this is refundable upon check-out when unconsumed. It is also indicated on their booking confirmation.For our breakfast service, we normally serve plated breakfast at the hotel but we’ll put this concern in the pipeline for future improvement of our hotel breakfast service.Thank you for your patience and we appreciate your feedback.We hope to welcome you again and to serve you better.
