Sehr freundliches Personal und zuvorkommend und das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war einfach grandios. Das Zimmer wurde immer gründlich täglich gereinigt. Das Badezimmer hatte eine große Badewanne 😊 Ich komme gerne nächstes Mal wieder in dieses Hotel!

Ein wirklich gutes 4-Sterne-Hotel. Es liegt direkt am My Khe Beach und ist daher ideal, wenn man Zeit am Strand verbringen möchte. Zahlreiche Restaurants sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alternativ ist Grabcar einfach und sehr günstig. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Dachpool mit toller Aussicht. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl an lokalen und westlichen sowie koreanischen und indischen Gerichten. Vom Dachpool und Restaurant aus kann man an den Wochenenden um 21:00 Uhr die Feuer- und Wassershow an der Drachenbrücke beobachten, falls man keine Lust hat, mit Grabcar dorthin zu fahren.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und reagierte genervt auf meine Fragen. Die Bar vor dem Hotel war bis in die frühen Morgenstunden extrem laut. Das Frühstück war ok. Die Badetücher waren abgenutzt und verschlissen, und am ersten Tag war nur noch eine kleine Menge Duschgel in der Flasche, die am nächsten Tag nicht nachgefüllt wurde. Pool und Fitnessraum waren nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet. (Wir zogen nach einem Spaziergang unsere Badesachen an, aber um 19 Uhr war geschlossen.) Die kostenlose 30-minütige Fußmassage war mittelmäßig.

Die Lage ist direkt mitten am Strand von Da Nang und es gibt einen Supermarkt nebenan und eine Wäscherei nebenan, was es sehr praktisch macht. Es gibt viele Fischrestaurants und im Umkreis von 100 Metern gibt es ein günstiges und frisches Beni2-Restaurant. Der Strand liegt direkt vor Ihnen und die Aussicht ist gut. Allerdings sind die Live-Auftritte auf der Freilichtbühne am Strand von abends bis ca. 23 Uhr jeden Tag extrem laut und ziemlich laut. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und ich habe mich für einen Balkon am Strand entschieden, daher ist das Rauchen in Ordnung und bequem. Die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit ist einigermaßen gut, es kann jedoch vorkommen, dass die Verbindung unterbrochen wird. Das Frühstücksbuffet war voller gesunder Optionen, aber wenn man bedenkt, dass es sich um ein Hotel am Strand handelte, gab es weder Fischgerichte noch Fleischgerichte. Mir gefällt das Frühstück, aber ich hätte gerne mindestens einen Artikel.

Sie konnten meine Reservierung nicht finden. Ich zeigte ihnen meine App-Buchungsnummer, aber sie sagten, sie hätten sie nicht. Dann öffneten sie meine Google-Nachrichten und sagten, sie hätten sie nicht. Meine Nachricht war immer noch verschwunden. Als sie dann wussten, dass ich losgegangen war, um den Reiseleiter zu suchen, sagten sie, sie hätten ihn gefunden. Man muss Taiwaner nicht übers Ohr hauen! Nachteile Der Pool ist zu klein; wie kann man da schwimmen? Das Restaurant hat nur wenige Sitzplätze, also musste ich stehen und warten. Das Badezimmer hatte keinen separaten Nass- und Trockenbereich, also musste ich zum Duschen in der Wanne stehen. Die Bar gegenüber war die ganze Nacht über laut. Vorteile Der Portier war sehr nett. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon. Ich habe schon in Hotels in der Nähe übernachtet, aber dieses war wirklich schrecklich. Sie haben sich nicht einmal entschuldigt. Die Gäste standen wie Idioten in der Lobby und wurden wie Affen behandelt. Es ist nicht so, als wären sie pleite; sie haben uns wie Bettler behandelt. Es ist so ein mieses Hotel; ich empfehle nicht, bei Chinesen zu buchen.

The room is basic and clean. The breakfast buffet is very decent with a lot of variety. The rooftop pool is pretty ok, it has limited long chairs but the bar adds a relaxed vibe. The staff was extra nice and helpful.

We stayed at Mandila Beach Hotel during our visit to Da Nang and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a small convenience store right next to the hotel, which made it very easy to buy snacks and essentials. When we arrived, we received a refreshing welcome drink and the staff kindly helped us with our luggage, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but since we mostly used the hotel just for sleeping after exploring the city, it wasn't a big issue for us. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options to choose from each morning. One thing to note is that although we selected two children when booking, we had to pay an additional fee for one child at check-in. We also lost our room card during our stay and had to pay a fee for a replacement. The hotel also has a restaurant and swimming pool on the 19th floor, which offers a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location and a good base for exploring Da Nang.

Very convenient location, facing right towards the beach. All the hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Especially Hannah, I got some problem for my booking, she helped me solve it patiently, besides she also recommended some tourist attractions for me and my family. Will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if I am coming to Danang again.

Room / Suite Inspection (6.5/10): Initially assigned a room marred by an unpleasant bathroom odour, the staff promptly relocated me to a smaller, albeit odour-free, alternative due to full occupancy. While the room was impeccably clean, the compromise in size detracted from the overall experience. Natural light at golden hour was enchanting, highlighting the crisp, high-thread-count linens. The duvet, weighing a comforting 12 pounds, promised restful slumber. However, storage space was limited, and the tech offerings felt slightly outdated. Service & Staff Interactions (7.5/10): The staff demonstrated commendable responsiveness, particularly in rectifying the initial room issue. Their attentiveness was evident, yet there were moments where interactions veered towards the procedural rather than the intuitive. A memorable instance was a staff member’s recommendation for a local hidden gem, which enriched my stay considerably. Dining & F&B (6/10): Breakfast was serviceable, offering a decent selection of local and international fare. However, it lacked the finesse and creativity one might anticipate in a luxury setting. The eggs Benedict, while perfectly cooked, was served with a hollandaise that bordered on bland. The bar, situated on the rooftop, provided panoramic views and a well-curated cocktail menu, though service was inconsistent. Facilities & Amenities (7/10): The rooftop pool, maintained at a refreshing 26°C, was a sanctuary from the city’s heat. The gym, though compact, was equipped with modern apparatus. Spa services, while pleasant, did not quite reach the transformative heights expected. The hotel’s gardens, lush and meticulously maintained, offered a tranquil escape. Location & Context (8/10): Situated directly on My Khe Beach, Mandila Beach Hotel offers unparalleled access to the sand and sea. The neighborhood, a blend of local charm and tourist amenities, provides a genuine taste of Da Nang. However, the proximity to a busy road occasionally intrudes on the otherwise serene environment. Value Perception & Any Standout / Disappointing Elements (6.5/10): While the hotel offers a comfortable stay, certain elements fall short of justifying its premium pricing. The inconsistency in room size and service detracts from the overall value. Nonetheless, the location and rooftop amenities are commendable. Final Verdict + Score (7.0/10): Mandila Beach Hotel delivers a competent luxury experience, though it is marred by notable inconsistencies. It is a solid choice for travellers prioritising location and comfort, though those seeking a seamless, opulent stay may find better alternatives nearby. Who it’s for: Couples and solo travellers seeking a beachfront retreat in Da Nang. I would not return but might recommend the Anantara Hoi An Resort for a more consistently luxurious experience.

Amazing stay, really clean hotel, extremely helpful staff and outstanding breakfast. I totally recommend it!

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was satisfactory. My only regret was that the breakfast didn't include items suitable for diabetics, such as whole-wheat bread. The hotel room, while small, was clean and satisfactory. Best of all, the hotel was located right in front of My Khe Beach. If I ever visit Da Nang again, I'd definitely stay here again.
