Argentina Patagonia Lake District Prime Fly Fishing Area Ranch

Set in the Argentine Lake district in the heart of Patagonia, La Rinconada Ranch occupies 880 acres of pristine alpine environment. This rural setting is five minutes drive from the north entrance to the huge Los Alerces National Park with its glacier fed lakes, rivers and world class fly-fishing. When you wake up in the old farm house from your cozy bed and after your hot shower you will find yourself living on a farm complete with barns, out buildings, work shops, a greenhouse and ever a yoga studio. Organic gardening and farm-fresh eggs are all part of the fun. Our ranch managers will be available if you need anything. Hike, laze around in a hammock strunge between apple trees, fish the gin clear waters that abound in this region, sip Argentina's famous wine while grilling up their equally famous beef on the large outdoor Parrilla. Adventuring by car to see the local towns as well as the dry rugged landscape to the west is a good way to see the 'real' Patagonia. About the yoga studio... We have run yoga retreats at our ranch in the past with great result. We have worked with varies instructors from the States who bring their own clients. My Wife Kyle has also led groups. We have been an integral part of these retreats. The good hosts. These days we keep to the US most of the year with two kids in grade school. Of course you can still have a great retreat; we have full time ranch managers who will help with any problem and can help with home-made food being delivered. It would have to be your show, but with any problems (unlikely) we have very competent people to do the fix. The campo is gorgeous, the yoga studio is gorgeous.
