Luxury boutique?
Trying to figure out why my review is so different than everyone else’s! We stayed in room 104 maybe we got the bad room in the hotel.
My girlfriend and I are modest hotel stayers certainly not bougie type we don’t mind humble places. But this hotel is advertised as higher end which is definitely was not. The bathroom was very dated and poorly designed. Our toilet broke (would not flush) during our stay and there is no maintenance staff to repair it. The front desk employee tried to fix it but was unsuccessful so I had to fix it (somewhat) myself. The angle of the sink made it nearly impossible to wash your hands. Also the wall mounted hotel style hair dryer didn’t work. We asked for a substitute which they didn’t have. Finally, the included breakfast was very weak and the waiter was rude. All of these are would be normal minor issues during a hotel stay but added together along with the lack of attention by the staff encouraged us to end our stay early! We were very happy with the hotel we moved to (Tierra Viva). A much better hotel at a fraction of the price!!

Adequate Stay
Overall stay was adequate. Room wasn’t ready upon arrival. Needed to request heater as room did not have one. Looked like other rooms had. Also, shower water could have been warmer. On up side, breakfast was good (included). Staff was overall friendly.

Lugar sumamente temático y sofisticado. Comida deliciosa y esmerada atención por parte de todos los colaboradores. Precios dentro del promedio. Recomendable. La cocteleria es buena y las cortesías que brindan suman puntos. Hermosa vista a una de las plazas del centro.

El mejor trato de manos del mesero Luis Lopinta, mi familia y yo salimos muy felices y agradecidos por la buena comida y habiendo pasado un agradable momento con música y bailes en vivo. Además, las instalaciones son muy elegantes y pintorescas.

Mi experiencia es nefasta en este hotel carente de los más mínimos servicios. Las toallas rotas y deshilachadas, las fundas de almohadas sucias con manchas de baba. La wifi no llega a las habitaciones del piso superior. El baño con una ventana rota en invierno, teníamos que meter una hora antes un calefactor para no helarnos al ducharnos. La limpieza mínima y la atención del personal poco eficiente por más que lo intentaban. El desayuno pobre, un día te daban jamón con los huevos y al día siguiente no te lo daban. En el restaurante a los españoles no nos trataron bien y hacían comentarios xenófobos entre el personal hacia nosotros. La ubicación sí es buena pues está en la misma plaza del ayuntamiento y a una cuadra de la plaza de armas pero por lo demás no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Le hace falta una buena inversión de dinero y poner personal más preparado. Un día llegamos de noche al hotel después de cenar y la recepción está en un patio. Estaba cerrada y no había nadie para darnos las llaves con un frío de 6 grados centígrados. Nos estábamos helando y nos dio por ir al restaurante para refugiarnos del frío y ahí estaba el recepcionista tan tranquilo conversando con el personal del restaurante.

Bueno para una noche en Cusco
Mucho ruido para dormir. Pero el personal fue muy amable. Tuvimos un percance con la lavandería, nos quisieron cobrar 9 kilos pero yo sabía que no había dejado tanta ropa para lavar. Cuando lo pesaron delante nuestro eran solo 5.3 Kg de ropa. Parece que tercerizan el servicio y quizá deban buscar mejores alianzas para trabajar. Por lo demás el personal fue servicial.

Muy agradable
La ubicacion es perfecta y las habitaciones amplias ymuy bonitas. Te atienden superbien y esta muy limpio.
Solo falla un poco el aguacaliente.
