Booked and paid for a room here in advance. On arrival we were told there were no rooms available although they had a record of the booking and could see our money had been received. Receptionist very apologetic and after a long wait found us a room in a much cheaper, very basic, hotel nearby. Because of the huge inconvenience we were told that the Perla would naturally cover the cost of the new hotel and refund our original payment. However since then the owner has refused to give us the refund. In order to put the dreadful experience behind us, I said I would be happy to accept the difference in the cost of the 2 rooms but this has not materialised either and he now ignores my messages. I have subsequently heard from locals in Cupra that the hotel has a really dreadful reputation and that the trains going past rattle the windows and keep guests awake all night! Avoid booking here at all costs.

Passato una notte in coppia presso questo hotel. Devo dire che il personale disponibile e gentile...camera pulita..manca il frigo bar..il bagno è piccolo e mancava set cortesia. I letti in compenso sono comodi...un po troppo vicino ferrovia. Il ristorante sulla spiaggia è molto accogliente e si mangia molto bene.

Ho prenotato una camera doppia più aggiunta di un letto per mia figlia. Peccato che la camera era talmente piccola che il letto non ci stava e così è diventato un letto a 3 piazze. Non potevamo aprire la portafinestra che dava sul balcone perché il letto ne impediva apertura .Per essere un hotel 3 stelle non ha il frigorifero , cassaforte rotta, il bagno talmente piccolo che quando ti siedi sul wc ti appoggi con la testa sul lavandino. Alla reception non trovi mai nessuno o quasi e le chiavi sono lasciate tutte sul bancone incustodite, quindi chiunque passa può salire nelle camere indisturbato. Non ultimo il passaggio notturno dei treni Che non ti permette di riposare. Ho chiesto per diversi giorni di cambiare camera e averne una più grande in quanto la situazione per me era invivibile. Da parte dell'albergo ho visto una totale indifferenza. Abbiamo iniziato e finito la vacanza nella stessa minuscola camera . La città di Cupra merita di essere visitata. La nostra esperienza in hotel non la auguro a nessuno

Piccolo albergo fronte spiaggia. Camere ampie e comode. Struttura non nuova (con qualche segno del tempo ben visibile) ma molto pulita e ordinata. Di fronte all' albergo hanno il loro bagno con bar, ristorante, lettini e ombrelloni. Il personale è molto professionale, gentilissimo e disponibile. Una bellissima scoperta!

Servizio hotel scarso, non c'era il frigobar in camera , abbiamo dovuto chiederlo, pulizia così così , colazione scarsa e cucina discreta, anche xché si mangia al ristorantino di fronte all'hotel , ma le portate sono diverse da chi va solo a mangiare a chi alloggia nell'hotel. Eravamo stati nell'agosto del 2019 ma c'era un'altro proprietario e ci eravamo trovati benissimo. Quest'anno, DELUSIONE

Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel al mio arrivo non ho trovato il proprio che dopo qualche minuto e arrivato dicendomi che se a un stabilito balearare e di andare il a fare il cenin ho effettuato il pagamento e mi ha dato la stanza sembra di stare in una casa di vacanza il cliente e l ultimo die sui pensieri la colazione è molto carsa con 60 € mi aspettavo molto di più

Ho prenotato e bloccato con 200 euro di acconto una camera fronte mare, invece io e la mia famiglia (con un bambino di 8 anni e una bimba di 18 mesi) ci siamo ritrovati all'opposto, ovvero a ridosso della ferrovia, dove passano treni ogni 10/15 minuti. La stanza non viene pulita, o almeno è quello che sembra datosi che sono rimaste a terra le briciole di un biscotto fino a quando non siamo partiti, e passando con un dito sopra ai mobili si nota molta polvere. La stanza non aveva il bidet, ma il water era predisposto per farlo. Il water non aveva lo scarico diretto ma aveva un sanitrit (trituratore) che emanava odori forti. La reception è sempre priva di personale. Cupra Marittima è un posto bellissimo e questo hotel non rispecchia assolutamente il luogo dov'è!

Complimenti alla eccellente ragazza tuttofare ( reception, informazioni, colazioni). Ma tutto il resto, considerando le tariffe, lascia molto a desiderare. Se dalle 85 euro al giorno togliamo i 7 euro della cena ( con menù imposto e solo a volte di discreta qualità ) e i 4 euro circa al giorno per la spiaggia ci si chiede cosa si paga per questo soggiorno. La posizione è senz altro ottima, ma il resto lascia a desiderare.

Una vera perla Accogliente, staff disponibile professionale, fronte mare con chalet di grande livello. Camere tenute benissimo finestra o balcone vista mare incantevole. Bello tutto. Provare per credere. Meraviglioso risveglio!!!
