We would spend one night in the ‘Presidential Suite’ at this newly built hotel. The room was enchanting; however, a few short comings would impact what was other wise a great stay Exiting the elevator, the hallways lights are set to automatically light via the hallway motion detector, however this was out of order leaving us to navigate a darkened hallway. Next looking for our room number via cell phone lighting we came to the end of our hallway and did not see our room number The presidential suite located at the end of the hallway does not have a room number or room name beside the door which attempting to locate in total darkness is challenging! We found the room inviting, spacious and nicely appointed with a desk, table and two chairs, great lighting and notably comfortable. A bit of a negative was having no towel hooks or a towel rack in the vicinity of the shower, meaning we needed to either walk across the bathroom dripping wet or pick-up our towels off the floor after a shower As a positive the staffs are friendly, helpful and personable and can communicate in English. The breakfast buffet opened at 5:00 AM and offered a nice assor**ent of fruits and hot foods. There is a free shuttle to the airport which is operated by friendly helpful attendants! A great place to stay near the airport!

Por 7 anos me hospedei neste hotel. Tanto particular como empresarial. Porem nesta ultima estadia a experiencia com a familia foi pessima. Reservei um quarto Master casal, da ala nova. Quando cheguei fui informado de que o quarto estava interditado. Fui direcionado a um quarto standart, pois nao tinha mais opcoes. Como se nao bastasse no frio de 17º, eu, esposa e filhas tivemos que tomar banho gelado, pois no quarto a agua nao esquentava. Fui ate a recepção e a solução dada foi deixar a torneira aberta ate esquentar. Esperei por mais de 20 minutos e nada. 👎. Total descaso com o cliente. De manha, ao fazer checkout, deparei-me com outra funcionária, e esta informou que o atendente anterior nao alterou a tarifa, e estava me cobrando o valor do quarto master. Mais um total desrespeito e descaso com o cliente. Infelizmente foi a ultima vez que pisei neste hotel.

Hotel Novo, sehr komfortabel, geräumig, elegantes Bett, aber wenig freundliche Mitarbeiter. Frühstück lässt zu wünschen. Kühl Essen, hatte kein Schokoladepulver für Kinder und hatte kein Mineralwasser (1ª mal q sehen Sie das). Der Mann warnte nicht, dass er mein Elektroauto auf den Parkplatz laden könnte.

Ich habe 1 Woche im Hotel zur Arbeit verbracht. Das Hotel ist vernünftig, die Zimmer scheinen alt zu sein, fehlt in erster Linie in der Badezimmer. Die Dusche war alles nass, außer wenn man sich badet, gut geregelt, hatte keine Möglichkeit, sich zu baden und nicht Haar waschen. Die Reinigung der Zimmer und der Hotelabhängigkeiten waren gut. Ich fand das Frühstück hervorragend, aber jeden Tag, den ich dort verbrachte, war das gleiche, sollten sich ändern. Der Außengeräusch war groß, fast die ganze Nacht hörte man Autos und Motorräder fahren, weil das Hotel in einer mega bewegten Avenue steht. Der Innengeräusch tbm störte, ich weiß nicht, ob Gäste oder Mitarbeiter. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich dort wieder gehostet werden würde!

localizacao otima, transfer pontual, andares bem limpos e cheirosos, quarto espaçoso,com travesseiro extra e ar condicionado muito bom(apt 307). Simpatia na recepção. wi fi funciona bem. então é isso, recomendo! obs: apenas resalvo que um quarto é barulhento para o outro, acho q tive azar de vizinho.
