At the end, we waited 2 entire hours from the moment we arrived to complete our breakfast and an incredibly bad taste for our first vacation day. We spoke with the restaurant manager and while we got apologies and a very nice treatment by all the other staff members the following days, the last day of my stay (business portion of my trip) and to my dismay , when a very important professor with whom I was sharing breakfast asked this same waiter if they could please serve her breakfast as they were taking long and as we were going to be late, his response literally was ””well I'm sorry but you will have to wait as much as needed to get your food”!!!!!!! As I am spending so much time writing this negative review, I hope you can appreciate that if I do it is because it is very upsetting to spend money or the money of companies or institutions that pay this hotel to host their guests to be treated and talked in such an unprofessional way while it is also sad that the hard work of all the other staff members is tainted by one really unprofessional waiter.

Un excelente hotel, tiene empleados muy amables, te resuelven tus dudas 24 hrs y siempre están al pendiente. Muy amables y con instalaciones muy prácticas y cómodas. Tiene una alberca muy limpia y agradable. Sin duda volvería sin ningún problema.

Muy buena experiencia, desde el momento en que nos recibieron el personal para el check in bastante bien muy atentos mi habitación tardo un poco pero nos permitieron estar en el área de restaurante y alberca mientras nos daban nuestra habitación muy buen servicio por cierto. En restaurante nos pedimos unos snacks mientras era el tiempo de espera deliciosos por cierto. Las habitaciones muy bien, limpias y confortables, cerca del centro todo excelente. Definitivamente volvemos.

Wir kamen um 12 Uhr, der Kerl des Talents sagte, dass das Auto ganz abgerissen war, was falsch war, aber er setzte ihn auf den ganzen Ticket, dann parkten wir ihn besser, ohne Schock. Bei der Rezeption haben wir ein Zimmer bis zum Ende der Welt erhalten, ohne zu erklären, dass wir einen anderen Aufzug nehmen müssen, nicht der dort ist, wir haben uns verloren und wir sind wieder auf der Rezeption, und sie haben uns bereits angezeigt, wohin. Ich habe damals meine Rechnung beantragt, die offensichtlich nicht bestellt wurde, ich spreche sogar schon telefonisch, sie haben sie bestellt und sie ist noch nicht gekommen. Sie wollten uns nicht zum Frühstück verlassen, bis wir wieder auf die Rezeption gingen, weil wir die Passe nicht gekommen waren, die uns vor der Nacht nicht gegeben wurden. Das Minizimmer, eine schreckliche Wärme und das Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden. Ich dachte, weil ich Holiday Inn war, war die Garantie für gute Service und Einrichtungen, aber nicht. Alles braucht Erneuerung, dieses alte und pulverisierte Ort. Wenn ich das Peer gefallen hatte.
