Bei der Rezeption haben wir ein Zimmer bis zum Ende der Welt erhalten, ohne zu erklären, dass wir einen anderen Aufzug nehmen müssen, nicht der dort ist, wir haben uns verloren und wir sind wieder auf der Rezeption, und sie haben uns bereits angezeigt, wohin. Ich habe damals meine Rechnung beantragt, die offensichtlich nicht bestellt wurde, ich spreche sogar schon telefonisch, sie haben sie bestellt und sie ist noch nicht gekommen. Sie wollten uns nicht zum Frühstück verlassen, bis wir wieder auf die Rezeption gingen, weil wir die Passe nicht gekommen waren, die uns vor der Nacht nicht gegeben wurden. Das Minizimmer, eine schreckliche Wärme und das Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden. Ich dachte, weil ich Holiday Inn war, war die Garantie für gute Service und Einrichtungen, aber nicht. Alles braucht Erneuerung, dieses alte und pulverisierte Ort. Wenn ich das Peer gefallen hatte.

The restaurant service had in the one hand, very nice waiters and waitresses but also had an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful waiter (Damian). At the end, we waited 2 entire hours from the moment we arrived to complete our breakfast and an incredibly bad taste for our first vacation day. We spoke with the restaurant manager and while we got apologies and a very nice treatment by all the other staff members the following days, the last day of my stay (business portion of my trip) and to my dismay , when a very important professor with whom I was sharing breakfast asked this same waiter if they could please serve her breakfast as they were taking long and as we were going to be late, his response literally was ””well I'm sorry but you will have to wait as much as needed to get your food”!!!!!!! As I am spending so much time writing this negative review, I hope you can appreciate that if I do it is because it is very upsetting to spend money or the money of companies or institutions that pay this hotel to host their guests to be treated and talked in such an unprofessional way while it is also sad that the hard work of all the other staff members is tainted by one really unprofessional waiter.

We attended a wedding here. The facility is truly amazing. There are loads of photos online. None do them justice. Best room is 258. Great balcony! Regift staff was phenomenal. So service minded and on top of it. We have there nights of events. Culminating with wedding on Saturday @3. Cocktails after and then a Devine dinner and dancing. A mariachi band led us from cocktails to venue. The music from the DJ was really the best. Everyone was on the dance floor. At 11 pm another mariachi And came and played until 3am for more Dancing. Tacos at midnight. Our server was Derek. He was amazingly attentive to everyone all night. He should get huge kudos from Management! Breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday were over the top awesome. Everything!
