Nur 2 Minuten von der Unterkunft gibt es eine Busshalte q führt Sie zum Zentrum von Pamplona (Nachtbus am Wochenende bis 5.00 Uhr, dauert jede Stunde) Sie haben einen Parkplatz, um kostenlos an der Seite zu parken, weil es in einem Polygon ist.

Ich habe für das San Fermin Festival über ihre Website für 3 Zimmer gebucht (wir sind eine Gruppe von Freunden, die zusammen gehen). Im Exe verbleibt es für neun aufeinanderfolgende Nächte und kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, eine angemessen bezahlte, aber gut bestellte Unterkunft in Pamplona zu suchen. Ruhe, saubere, moderne, bequeme sind einige der Adjekte, die wir für den Exe verwenden können. Eine Wocheige Miete während des San Fermin Festival servierte mein Mann und ich sehr gut. Die effiziente Küche war aufgrund der Länge des Aufenthaltes super hilfreich und wollte nicht weit zu einem tapas Platz gehen. Allerdings waren die Kessel nicht unterstützend und sieben im Bestandsaufnahmeplan aufgeführte Küchenartikel fehlen. Sie mussten eine Nacht auf eine zusätzliche Kuchen warten, nie die fehlenden Küchenartikel und mussten daher nur mit zwei Trinkglasses funktionieren. Sie bitten Gäste, ihre eigene Müll rauszuholen! Nach einigen großen Regenstormen hörten wir laut drippen in der Wand hinter unserem Bett in der Nähe unserer Kopf. Virtuelle Empfang entschuldigt die Unannehmlichkeiten, aber bemerkte, dass das Gebäude auf diese Weise errichtet wurde. Wir mussten unser Bett auf eine Gegenwand verschieben und Seitentisch neu arrangieren. Die Tatsache, dass niemand in der Anlage helfen, die Gäste persönlich mit einer Regelmäßigkeit hinzugefügt zu der frustrieren. Die ”virtuelle” Empfangsreihe ist ein großer Fehler. Auch gab es so viele blinkende Sicherheitsleuchten, die wir mit Stickern bedeckt haben mussten, um eine gute Nacht zu bekommen. Wichtig, da Hubby mit den Bullen früh am Morgen lief!

Das war ein wunderschönes Hotel. Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und in einer tollen Lage zu Fuß rund um Pamplona. Wir waren auf einer Gruppentour und unser inklusives Essen für das Abendessen war absolut schrecklich. Salat als Starter war schwach, der Hauptkurs war eine Form von re-formed/manufacturing Hühner in Bechamel-Saft in Brot-Krumms mit zwei gekochten Kartoffeln, die sahen, als ob sie mit einem Hammer, schmecklos aufgewacht worden waren. Der Dessert war nicht viel besser, eine Art Joghurt, die nicht sehr schön mit dem, was ich glaube, gefroren war, nicht frische, schmacklose Früchte auf dem Top gegart. Die meisten der Gruppe verließen die meisten ihrer Lebensmittel. Wir wurden in einem separaten Zimmer gestellt, das nicht sehr einladend war und ich fühlte mich wie ein 2. Klasse Bürger im Vergleich zu den anderen Bewohnern. Das Frühstück war nicht viel besser, wir wurden in das separate Zimmer zurückgeworfen, die Auswahl von Lebensmitteln ist begrenzt im Vergleich zu dem, was anderen Bewohnern angeboten wurde. Das Hotel und die Tourgesellschaft, die wir uns mit dieser Frage beschäftigen mussten, war eine absolut schreckliche Erfahrung.

This stay was a mixed experience for us. We spent two nights here and used garage, breakfast room and had dinner both nights. The breakfast was fine. The staff on reception very good. We had the set dinner and found the service a little unrefined. A Tv was in the dining room where the seemingly owners an elderly couple sat down directly in front of TV to watch a football match and have their dinner. Other guests apperared to fine this unusual and yet quaint. The food quality was okay. Our room had an electronic lock that infact did not lock but you could open without our key. We reported to reception and host showed us how to lock dispite the fault. We tried and tested it worked. The next day we discovered the cleaners had cleaned the room they obviously did not know how to lock it and the door was open. A little disapointing with our items inside. the garage was large and 10 euros for the evening. There was a very mixed range of guests in the dining room, some called in passing. Location from the city a reasonable long walk a bus did stop 500mtrs or so from Hotel.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf der Außenseite von Pamplona, aber ohne in einem Teer Industriebereich (mit einem Brauerei/Restau direkt vor) mit einem sicheren Außen- und Innenparkplatz zu sein, ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer und Gemeinden sind sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat unsere Präferenzen eingehalten (großes Bett, entferntes Zimmer vom Aufzug ...). Der große positive Punkt ist das Hotelrestaurant, das ein ganzes Menü mit 26 €/Person bietet: Eingang, Flasche, Süßigkeiten, Brot, Wasser und 1 Flasche Wein pro Paar. Ausgezeichnetes, wunderschönes Essen, in einem angenehmen Rahmen: geräumige Tische, weiße Bücher, komfortable Sitze. Das Frühstücksbuffet im Zimmerpreis ist auch gut angeboten und verfügbar 7h. Preisqualitätsverhältnis unschlagbar. Ich empfehle es!

The pre arrival service was so helpful, arranging tours and car service and restaurant recommendations that were all perfect. Every thing at this hotel is just beautiful. The rooms, location, service and even the breakfast are all outstanding. You will be very happy here.

QQINDas Zimmer ist klein und die Betten sind nicht sehr gut. Es gibt zu wenige Frühstücksvarianten, nicht einmal Eier. Am Eingang des Hotels befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, in dem Sie bequem einkaufen können. Die Lage ist in der Nähe der Autobahnausfahrt, die etwas voreingenommen ist, aber es ist sehr bequem, selbst zu fahren.

Solid European property a block away from the Plaza de Toros and just a few minuts walking to all of the festival happenings but this is also at the easternish-end of the festival area so you can escape for a bit by just walking away from this property. We had a room overlooking the area leading to the Plaza de Toros and I can confirm that the festival is 24-7! Party noise outside at all hours of the night but you will get this anywhere in striking distance of the festival area so this is not on the hotel. The hotel itself is standard clean, pleasant and the rooms are a good size for Europe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This place has a small fitness room, which I always appreciate. I would absolutely stay here again.

Einreisen nach einer langen Reise und spät am Abend, die Eincheckung war schnell und einfach, und wir bewegten uns in unser Zimmer. Erste Beobachtung .... - Anständige Größe für zwei Personen, aber weniger Platz für große Koffer - Bett unstabil und bewegt sich, Basis des Bettes ist nicht schwer und daher, wenn Sie schleifen oder schleifen sie bewegt sich - Keine Staubstöcke im Zimmer - Keine Teekette und Tee im Zimmer - Pilze unkomfortable, keine Wahl Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage von wo es mehrere Busse und Taxis zum Stadtzentrum und anderen Orten. Universität Navarra ist zu Fuß entfernt. Ganz wenige Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Europa-Car-Desk. Aufgrund von COVID-19 begrenzten Dienstleistungen wie überall. Ich konnte das kleine Geschäftszentrum für Arbeit nutzen. Sehr enttäuschend - PATHETIC INTERNET-VERBINDUNG im Zimmer. Ich habe drei Verbindungen versucht, und keiner von ihnen würde im Zimmer arbeiten. Wir mussten immer am Boden neben der Tür sitzen oder zum Lobby kommen. Aus diesem Grund allein werde ich dieses Hotel in Zukunft vermeiden. Es war ein Kampf für 6 Tage. Frühstück hat zwei Menüoptionen. Eine große rund 13.50 Euro und die andere kleinere ca 8.80 Euro. Nicht sicher, warum das Frühstück nicht in das Zimmer hinzugefügt werden kann. Das Frühstücksausbreitung ist ziemlich gut. Die Küche ist flexibel, wir wollten Eier statt Hühner und es wurde gepflegt. Waschraum hat einen großen alten Kunststoff-Duschbein genug, um eine Tasche zu verpacken ......Toiletries sind nicht von überlegener Qualität, blasse Haut trocken und das Bad Gel ist sehr hart auf der Haut. HK ist eine Art von OK, Zimmerboden sind nicht jeden Tag gereinigt, verlassen Staub, Haare auf dem Boden sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Waschraum und musste speziell auf dem Vorbüro erwähnt werden. Vorbüro war sehr hilfreich bei Fragen und Druckausgängen, etc.. Die Dame am Morgen und Enrique verdienen besondere Erwähnung als sehr nett und hilfreich. Zugleich gab es einen sehr brutalen, missverhaltenen und arroganten Frontbüropersonal (Mann), der das Telefon mit großer freundlichkeit antwortete. Als er gefragt wurde, es sei schon Zeit und das Frühstück noch nicht da, hatte er die Würde zu sagen, es war noch nicht Zeit in seiner Uhr. Ich erinnere mich nicht an den Namen, aber er sollte nicht zulassen, Teil der Rezeption und Kundenkontakt. Insgesamt war es ein OK Aufenthalt, wenn es nicht für Enrique und die Dame im Vorabbüro gewesen wäre, hätten wir vielleicht in der Mitte des Aufenthalts geprüft. Hoffnung, die Services werden verbessert und das Hotel sicherlich viel besser tun kann. Danke.

TTraveler43491140158We had a twin room (on a tour) facing the street but there was absolutely no noise. The windows were double glazed and easy to open. The room was spacious enough to open two suitcases without tripping over each other. The beds, although they seemed hard, were remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, shampoo, body wash and soap provided. Towels large and the shower over the bath was a good size, good water pressure and a welcome change. Breakfast was great. No cereal but hot choices as well as breads, hams,cheeses. Nice hot coffee that doesn’t come out of a machine. One issue was the lifts and this is just being picky. They stop at floors you didn’t request, they close VERY quickly and will continue to close even if you stand in the doorway. And they really are tiny! However would definitely recommend this hotel.

El único detalle realmente incómodo fue el siguiente: las toallas eran nuevas y las colocaron sin previamente ser lavadas, tenían una especie de olor fuerte a químico y al secar no absorbía el agua y te dejaba todo el cuerpo lleno de pelusas. Realmente desagradable que todas las toallas para el cuerpo estuviesen así, lo comenté en recepción y me dijo que eran nuevas y por un error las colocaron sin lavar previamente.

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist sehr gut. Es ist kein luxuriöses Hotel, aber um zu kommen hat es am nächsten Tag zu essen und zu essen ist sehr gut. Sauber und sehr ruhig. Die Arbeiter sind eine nette freundliche und aufmerksam. Pamplona zum Abschalten und zum Abschalten von Pintxen, Wein und Bier ist sehr gut. Bars, Tabernakel und ihre Geschäftstätigkeit im Allgemeinen sehr gut, sehr gut und zudem sehr gut zu Preis. Der Ausflug von San Fermín, sehr schöne ich Geschichte, ist außerdem der Taracon Park sehr schön, wie die verdorbene Stadt, wie der Yamaguchi Park und der spektakuläre Sadar.
