Atmosphere: Comfortable/cozy. This place is beautifully/tastefully decorated while also being very approachable where people feel they can sit and relax. To me, this is the perfect/ideal combination. Great for a group of friends, family, or a date night. Probably my most favorite location in terms of venue. Parking: There is parking available along the street in front of the hotel and more around the corner (as well as a small parking lot) if needed. When we arrived there were 2 spots available on the street in front of the hotel for our 7:30pm reservation. Dress code: It’s part of the hotel so you see a wide assortment of clothing, leaning more casual. Jeans and a nice top are appropriate. Service: Good. Professional and attentive. Drinks: I had a mocktail which was a homemade earl grey iced tea which was subtle and not very sweet. My husband had a rose recommended to him and enjoyed it. Food: - Pacing: Perfect amount of breathing room between courses so you did not feel rushed or felt like you were waiting too long. - Bread: Nice rustic bread served with local olive oil and salt - Water tip for any restaurant: if you just want tap water, ask for a “carafe d’eau” - Appetizers: I had the burrata with cucumbers, mint, and jalapeños and this was incredibly good. More of a spring dish than a fall dish, but it did not matter because it was hands down delicious. My husband had the the squash/egg/shaved carrot dish. My husband enjoyed it but I found it a bit sweet for my liking. - Mains: We took the waiter’s recommendation. I had the lamb shoulder with quinoa which was a miss in my husband’s and my opinion and combined we did not finish the dish. If you do not like cilantro, steer clear of this dish. I do like cilantro and it was a lot/overpowering for me. The meat was a stew meat consistency (soft/a bit fatty) that I usually like, but the flavoring just missed the mark. My husband had the butcher’s cut with potatoes. For the evening it was a pork tenderloin. It was perfectly cooked, a little pink and very juicy. It comes with this brown sauce and green sauce that worked well with the meat and the piping hot roasted potatoes. - Dessert: We shared 3 scoops of the Ravi’s ice cream which is in the town’s square. Consistency was perfect. Our favorite was the almond flavor which little pieces of almond. Orange blossom flavor was very light (I could not taste it but my husband could). The lavender had a strong but not overpowering taste.

Süße und schöne Heimat für Personal und Boss. Zimmerfrauen sind auch nett. Sauberes Zimmer und genügend für zwei Personen. Die Betten sind komfortabel und ziemlich groß, Da es sich um eine alte Hotelphase, denke ich, ist das Fehler, dass es einen Platz für eine dritte Person über dem Hauptbett gibt. Das kann für die großen Menschen schaden. Eine dickere Schachtel wäre gefallen. Aber die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Um zu viel Straßenlärm zu vermeiden, weil wir in Apt sind, in der Nähe des Zentrums, empfehle ich die Seite des Hofes. Da ist die Ruhe sicher. Das Apartment liegt etwa 300 m vom Zentrum der Stadt entfernt. Wir haben dort über eine Woche geblieben und haben eine gute Erinnerung daran. Das Apartment befindet sich in der Nähe von Geschäften, darunter ein Leclerc-Zentrum. Das Tourismusbüro ist direkt neben dem Hotel. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel. Das meiste hat eine Garage und große Parkplätze.

Nous avons passe 4 jours a Apt pour un sejour velo. L'hotel est situe juste a cote de la veloroute du Cavalon, et de l'office du tourisme. L'hotel possede un local protegeou garer les velos en securite. L'equipe est sympathique et fournit beaucoup de conseils touristiques et pratiques. Les suites sont bien equipees et permettent de cuisiner des repas rapides si vous ne souhaitez pas aller diner au restaurant, ou si la fringale attaque apres une longue randonnee a velo. Le petit dejeuner est tout a fait bien garni, avec un excellent pain d'une boulangerie voisine.

Very pretty chateau close to Aix. Lovely welcome and tour, although I'm not sure all the (very impressive) reception rooms are well used (eg no separate bar area). Room was good with view over courtyard and bed was comfy, but only one chair. The grounds are stunning. Pool is very warm, and bikes are available free of charge to tour the extensive grounds. Restaurant reviewed in different section, but issues. There were a few things that could have been better - despite ordering at check in, and chasing, we waited 40 minutes for our complimentary wine and cheese through booking with Mr&Mrs Smith. Also, we were not told in advance that we were arriving with a McLaren rally - very exciting, but no chance of a lie in the next morning with cheering and 25 engines roaring outside our bedroom at 8am. This is close to a great experience, but not quite.

Wir blieben hier zwei Nächte Anfang Juli 2019. Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet. Es hatte einen schönen Patio, der uns einen ruhigen Platz am Ende des Tages sowie einen Platz für Kaffee und Croissants am Morgen gab. Zwei Merkmale wurden sehr geschätzt, da es eine sehr heiße Strecke von Tagen war. Einer ist, dass das Zimmer mit Klimaanlage war und der andere ist, dass es einen sehr schönen Pool gab. Am Ende des Tages der Reise konnten wir uns in der Nähe des Pools sitzen und mit Wein und regelmäßig zum Kühlschrank schwimmen. Das war ein sehr gut gelegenes kleines Hotel in Minuten von Roussillon, wo wir die meisten Abendessen essen. Der Besitzer hat eine Karte gegeben, die uns erlaubt, in den Parkplätze der örtlichen Wohneinheiten zu keinem zusätzlichen Kosten zu parken. Dies ist sehr viel zugute, da Parkplätze schwer zu feinen in und um Roussillon. Darüber hinaus machte es uns leicht, die Gegend zu sehen, einschließlich der Lavendelfelder, der Markt in Sault, Touren auf und über Mont Ventoux und andere schöne Dörfer. Das Frühstück war auch nett und umfasste den Standardpreis, der in Hotels und B&B in Frankreich gefunden wurde. Der Eigentümer/Manager war sehr hilfreich.

The facilities are a bit contemporary, in a fabulous quiet location near a fabulous very old hill town. Nice pool, now a restaurant (dinner only) with a lovely menu. Best: owners Julie & Olivier. We’ll return again to see them. Excellent bicycling in area — also Mt Ventoux.
