Our company trip to Wyndham Grand Vedana Ninh Binh was a major disappointment. Despite its 5-star rating, the hotel failed to deliver on basic standards of cleanliness and service. Several rooms were dirty at check-in, with stained bed sheets (dirt marks, moldy, blood stains), dusty mirrors, dirty toilets, and used towels left in the sink. To make matters worse, we were only given one key per room, despite having two people in each. Additionally, some rooms were even missing their fridge, hair dryer, combs, and irons. When we complained, the staff were rude and dismissive, even questioning why we called instead of addressing the issue directly. We were forced to wait for rooms to be cleaned rather than being offered an immediate room change. The breakfast was bland, and when we asked the hotel if they could waive minor damage fees in light of the issues we faced, they refused, demanding payment for damages while offering no compensation for their own failings. The facilities and service were far below what you'd expect from a 5-star resort, and overall, it felt like a 3-star experience at best. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
