On arrival on the Saturday evening, I asked for a room upstairs and overlooking the car park. The reception staff were able to give me Room 403, meeting these requirements. Also, early on the Sunday morning, I was able to book and pay for another night (Sunday) so that I did not have to move out of the room at midday on Sunday. This is about the fourth time I have stayed in Premier Inn Purley. There will be more visits!

It was excellent customer service at reception Ram lovey customers service professionally. Ram is the best Hospitality Man its very hard to find such a lovey helping people. Premier inn is lucky lucky you have a such a Hospitality person .keep up good job Ram see you soon.

The bed was very comfortable as usual but the room was freezing, and took easily over 3 hours to reach room temperature. When we arrived it was 16 degrees in the room. There was another guests razor in the bath tub and also what looked libre bodily fluid in the bath and on the shower curtain

I called the premier inn to speak to a manager and the staff member which was a male with an Asian accent was really rude on the phone no customer service what so ever he was raising his voice on the phone saying he doesn’t have to tell me if there’s a manager in or not and he won’t tell me nothing and proceeded to hang up the phone on my face. I called back and he shouted and hanged up.

Hi, I always come to visit the Purley Way Premier Inn to spend time with my daughter as I live in Scotland now and everytime I visit, Ram who I believe is the manager always treats us well and my daughter and I really appreciate this. Many thanks 😊 Hamza

Only downside, after entering the room, was seeing the sink in the ensuite with soapy water. Sink wasnt unolugged, Which i unplugged in a few seconds. Not sure why this wasnt seen by room keeping before checking in. Wanted to raise the point after checking out but checked out early morning, so no one at reception at the tine. Experience didnt affect my stay. Overnight solo stay, so not that concerned.

The hotel is very clean, has a good atmosphere. The staff are lovely and kind, however a gentleman named Ram goes above and beyond. He has definitely made our stay 10x better. He’s always on hand ready to help with an questions you man have. Would definitely return

Ram is an outstanding member of staff, he makes the hotel go from being an other premier inn to one of the best I’ve been too, He’s very positive and is always available to help WITH A SMILE which I think is very rare today. His hospitality would be a definite reason to return
