Stayed in the one-room apartment for about one week. The hotel is located in a residential area with a quiet and neat neighbourhood. Free on-site parking is available. Train station is a long 15-20min walk from the hotel. There was no lift access, but the staff was ready to help during service hours. The interior of the apartment was simple and relatively clean, though some shelves and cupboards were a bit dusty. The bedroom was small and had no wardrobe, only an open hanger-frame for garments. The mattress was a bit saggy and there were only 2 small pillows. There was no air-conditioning, but only a big fan which made a loud whirring noise when on. The heater-panels were too far from the sitting area... I doubt if the heating would be sufficient during winter. The full kitchen was useful, but got only one small pot and one pan for any cooking. Plates and bowls were not enough for 3 adults, and I had to wash them all for a second course during the meal. Steak knives were not sharp enough for steaks! The washer had no dryer, so we had to hang the clothes around the room. Housekeeping was not done everyday... depends on the length of your stay. So much for the unsatisfactory bits. The nice bits were: The location felt safe and quiet. The staff were friendly, Check-in and out was easy and fast. Luckily during our stay, all the electrical appliances functioned well. There's a communal breakfast area, with all-you-can-eat stuff like bread, butter, jam, juices, milk, fruits, cereal, cookies, tea and coffee. These are available the whole day till staff go off at about 9pm. There is a laundry room for those staying in studios, and the machines and detergent are provided free of charge.

Arrived today at the hotel at 1500 to check in having booked disabled room plus one other almost three months ago. The receptionist apologised to me and said lift wasn’t working, but an engineer was currently at Rotherhithr and would be there in two hours. As my 89 yo mother uses a wheelchair and we had travelled five hours to get there that was a bit irksome, but I arranged for us to do something else until lift was ready. The said they would call when it was working. At 1800 I had heard nothing so called and was told engineer had four hours to attend and would be there soon. 1900 called again, no engineer and Sharon reiterated the four hour slot and there wasn’t anything she could do. I told her that my my mother wanted her room as she was very tired and she made some calls. She reiterated the four hour rule, I reminded her that at had arrived at the hotel at 1430 and it wasn’t working then either. She chose to be one defensive mentioning I didn’t check in until 1500. That is correct but I was with family there earlier and it had already failed before I checked in. I asked her to make alternative arrangements for us for the night and she said she would try. What that actually transpired was she said there was no hotel nearby with rooms and she couldn’t help and I could have a refund. Hardly helpful, and she didn’t seem to realise the gravity of an 89 year old lady needing a lift to get to a pre booked room and that a refund was not the answer, but good customer service was needed. I asked her to contact her management to arrange something. She tried but to no avail. I called advise her that within ten minutes I had found hotels nearby (and trust me at this point I’m stressed and getting irritated that she seemingly had no intention of helping. She couldn’t have tried hard as the local premier inn had availability (I told her first it was a travelodge but she chose to patronize me that there wasn’t one on the Purley way - and anyway the room was a available. Thatnlast statement is correct but without throwing Ann elderly lady over my shoulders it was inaccessible. I went to the hotel alone to retrieve bags dropped earlier and still she argued that the room was available and that the lift engineer was there! The lift still didn’t work and rather than argue with this woman kept repeating she could do NOTHING And that the room was available I chose instead to deal with another member of staff - retrieved bags to go and collect my mother and stay elsewhere. We will return tomorrow for the remainder of the stay and I will raise in person with the general manager. My family is spending around £1000 at this place for a special event this weekend. Some empathy would have been in order, and there is the issue of breach of contract i intend to raise with the general manager on this occasion. Ein schöner Überraschung! Dieser Ort ist völlig erstaunlich von, wenn Sie gehen, Ich blieb hier auf einem Witz für eine Geschäftsreise wirklich nicht viel erwarten. Ich ging in mein Zimmer und es war wie meine eigene Mini-Wohnung! Super gemütliches Bett und Kissen Ich habe schon so gut geschlafen, Alle High Spec (Klebestücke mit USBs überall oben), super sauber, wirklich gut auch gelegen! Sicherlich ein Ort werde ich in der Zukunft bleiben.

Ich bin normalerweise nicht in Ibis Hotels verblieben, aber diese ist wie kein anderes Ibis Hotel, auf dem ich verblieben habe. Von der eingebetteten Rückseite an die informellen Rezeption bis zu den zeitgenössischen Zimmern war dies ein guter Übernachtungsurlaub. Ich habe die welkomischen Cookies geschätzt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber klar für kurze Aufenthalte in Bezug auf Lagerraum. Es gibt USB-Porten an der Bettseite. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, kein Bad und gut zu sehen, die Körper Seife und Shampoo in Versorgungsgeräten statt einzelne Kunststoffflaschen. Das Wasser war aber nur warm. Das Wi-Fi-Signal war ausgezeichnet. Lage ist ausgezeichnet im Zentrum der Stadt und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Das Restaurantmenü war begrenzt, aber für die meisten Geschmacksempfänger geeignet. Meine einzige Beschwerde war der pulsierende Lärm des Badextraktor-Fans, der unabhängig von der Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist und nicht ausschaltbar ist.

Das Holiday Inn Sutton ist nur ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und ein Hotel, das als Basis für die Erforschung von London und den Umgebungen genutzt wurde und nicht sehr empfehlenswert genug. Ok, wir sprechen nicht über 5 Sternen Luxus, aber wenn Sie nach diesem gemeinsamen Sinn suchen, sollten Sie sagen, woanders zu buchen. Wenn Sie jedoch nach CLEAN (so wichtig) und Komfort mit EXCELENT Mitarbeiter suchen, dann wird das für Sie! Das Personal ist ehrlich einige der besten, die ich je getroffen habe (auch in 5 Stern-Hotels) und ich sage das nicht leicht. Restaurant, Front Desk, Hauspflege, Gesundheitsclub alle absolute Kredite an das Hotel und Marke. Danke. Nichts war sehr schwierig und Sie machten unseren Aufenthalt wirklich groß. Es ist Morgen und Abend Anerkennungen und freundliche Vibe und alle kleinen Touchs, die wirklich eine lange Straße gehen. Wir werden zurück sein und würden dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen und wenn es einen Weg gibt, um Mitarbeiter auf der Pflicht zu belohnen 27th-29th August 2022 bitte :)

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Bromley. Einfacher Zugang über Fernschlüssel 🔑 zu Hotel und Zimmer! Liebe Berührung mit GHD Haartrockner und Straighter! Nur unten ist der Parkplatz ein Spaziergang in einem öffentlichen Parkplatz .. Late night return to hotel Solo wäre eine Sorge! Fabulous restaurant/bar beigefügt ist Dorothy und Waller leider Frühstück nicht verfügbar Montag/Dienstag

Absolut geliebt die Lage und wird definitiv zurückkehren. Die Service und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details des Rezeptionsteams ist besonders 10/10. Einige Bereiche des Hotels brauchen Renovierung - auch wenn nur ein Fleck von Gemälde für jetzt, da sie nicht mit dem Rest des Hotels in Einklang stehen. Das Zimmer war klein, aber praktisch und leider hatte es nicht die beste Aussicht, aber das ist kein Problem. Ich fühlte mich bequem und sicher während meines Aufenthalts. Es gab eine kleine Problematik mit der Luftkon-Einheit, die sehr datiert ist und nicht mit der Estetik eines modernen und renovierten Zimmers passt, das sehr attraktiv erscheint. Insgesamt wäre es sehr glücklich, insbesondere im Sommer wieder zu besuchen und ihr Abendessen zu versuchen.

Very good Hostel when travelling through London. Siissi the wonderful manager runs an efficient professional team.of friendly helpful staff. Good hospitality, clean, happy to assist . Spacious with secure lockers in the rooms. Nice atmosphere creative artistic crew . The Astor Hostels I highly recommend for safe secure pleasant stay when travel on a budget for short stays.
