Ich kam hier als Teil einer Coachparty und war angenehmen überrascht. Mein einzelnes Zimmer war klein, aber perfekt geeignet und wurde zu einem hohen Standard gereinigt. Alle Zimmer im dritten Stock waren sehr warm, aber fans wurden geliefert. Die Dusche war ein wenig temperamental - es war entweder kalt oder sehr heiß, mit nichts zwischen! Das Bett war komfortabel. Das Hauptproblem in diesem Hotel ist der Aufzug. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Aufzug mit bis zu 4 Personen, der für ein Hotel dieser Größe nicht ausreicht. Viele ältere Menschen wurden gezwungen, mehrere Treppenflüge zu kämpfen. Es gibt viele Lounge-Gebiete mit komfortablen Sitz in der Nacht. Es gab wenige reale Schalen, aber eine gute Auswahl an Spirits und Wein. Der Fokus unseres Aufenthalts war die Mahlzeiten! Es gab eine Auswahl von 4 Optionen für jeden Kurs und jedes Essen war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut mit Getreide, Obst, einem vollen Englisch, Toast und Gemüse zur Verfügung. Das Personal im Restaurant war besonders gut. Alle waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und effizient. Alle jungen Leute im Personal waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und sind ein absolutes Vermögen des Hotels. Ich würde sicherlich hier nochmal bleiben.

Nachdem ich in diesem Hotel seit 3 Monaten wöchentlich geblieben bin, muss ich es sehr gut kennen. Ich könnte über die Spot-Freizimmer mit komfortablen Betten und fluffy-Pilze reden, die leckere Mahlzeit täglich serviert (die glutenfreie Pavlova ist mein Lieblingswert ☺️), den Pool/Sauna/Gym und das Spielzimmer, die alle 1. Klasse sind. Aber dieses Hotels ist das beste Vermögen des Personals. Ich habe nie ein freundlicheres, aufmerksameres und professionelles Personal wie ich hier habe. Brend Group, was immer Sie ihnen zahlen, es reicht nicht. 😜 Das weg von Haus zu Hause arbeiten ist hart, sehr hart, aber in einem Hotel wie diesem bleiben, die Art und Weise, wie Sie von Tag ein behandelt werden, wie Ihr Teil der Familie, macht es ein wenig leichter. Von der Rezeption, dem Gesundheitsclub, der Bar und dem Restaurantpersonal ist nichts für sie eine Frage. Ich weiß, es ist ihr Job, aber es ist mit einem Lächeln getan. Jedes Mal. 😊 Ich habe Freunde für das Leben hier getroffen, zu viele zu erwähnen, aber Sie wissen, wer Sie sind.
