"Wenn Sie im ersten Stock bleiben, sind die Wände Papier-dünnen, weil es eine Verbindungstür gibt, kann man alles hören. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und nett, aber wir mussten dreimal eine Lärmklage anrufen. Schließlich zum dritten Mal um 130 Uhr, wandten sie uns in ein anderes Zimmer. Das war wirklich schrecklich das zweite Mal, ich fragte das Personal, ob wir Zimmer wechseln könnten, aber das Personal ging gerade mit mir zurück ins Zimmer und klopfte an der Tür des Nachbarn, während sie offensichtlich waren *********************************************************************************************************************************************"

The Sebel Creswick Forest Resort ★★★★

"We have just had a week here and it was perfect for what we wanted to do in the area. Two bedroom, two bathroom villa, great kitchen with all you need, very comfortable living areas. Bedrooms are upstairs as are the bathrooms, bedrooms have balcony's to sit out if you wish but no furniture, not a problem just took a chair from downstairs. There is a outside sitting area out from the kitchen with furniture. A real bonus is that each bathroom / bedroom has a big bath. Takes just under 30 minutes to walk into the Main Street of Creswick, only about 4minutes to drive , very handy position. Right next door to the RACV Goldfields resort, we had many a good walk around the course and beyond, there you will encounter lots of kangaroos and birdlife every day . Another bonus is the bus stop out the front on the main road to Ballarat. We caught the bus into Ballarat and back on two different days, a very pleasant ride of about 20 minutes, it goes once an hour, times are at the bus stop, just use your Myki card if you have one , they do not accept payment for a ticket on the bus . Only one problem we had was the wifi kept cutting out about every 2 hours or whenever you turned your device off, it was very annoying. It was easy to login but who wants to keep logging in every time you go to use your device. There is nobody on site so when you ring the number it goes to the Sebel in Melbourne, they basically said there was nothing they could do about it. It is something they need to address as when we stayed there a couple of years ago we never had the problem, maybe it is a problem in Villa 5 where we were. Apart from that we had a great week, it is a good place to base yourself when visiting the area."
