Ich liebte meine Erfahrung am Block. Es war so einfach zu finden und sehr willkommen nach einer langen Zugfahrt. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich bei meinen Fragen zu einfachen Dingen. Ich mochte die zusätzlichen Getränke im Servicezimmer, die schönen dicken Handtücher und die begrüßenswerte Botschaft für mich, und auch, dass das Zimmer dunkel und ruhig war, was ich für eine lange Reise vor mir brauchte. Ich mochte die Rabatte in umliegenden Geschäften. Perfekt.

I specifically booked a night at the Sofitel Gatwick because it included 'Meet and Greet' parking with Maple Parking. Had they not included this I would have still stayed but made other arrangments for my car. I arrived at the Maple Parking Meet and Greet and parked the car. Took my keys over to the attendant and signed in. I then asked if they could give me 20 minutes to check in to the hotel, change clothes and bring a bag back to the car. We didnt want to bring a bag of unclean clothes on holiday with us. Here's where things went downhill faster than Gwynth Paltrow on ski's. The attendant, a tall bloke with a mid-european accent shouted at me 'No, do you know you are at an airport'. He actually shouted this. Shouted. To a customer. Take a minute to breathe that in. Fortunatly I knew I was at an airport, having driven 4 hours to get there. To hear that I was at an airport was no surprise, to be shouted at by a car park attendant was. I explained that I didnt want to take a case of unclean clothes on holiday with me. His response to that was 'we are extremly busy and your car will be removed immediately'. I asked if the hotel would hold the bag and he replied 'No they will not hold your stupid bag'. Here's where I should have murdered him with his Maple Meet and Greet Staff lanyard, but I did not. I asked for my keys back to be told once again in an truely agresive manner 'if you take your keys I will close the entry and you can't come back'. I took the keys and left. I then had to park at Gatawick Long stay for an additional £150. We finally checked into the hotel, explained the situation. The checkin lady (Alessia?) apologised and gave us two tokens for a free drink at the bar. They also kept our bag for us. Is this the fault of Sofitel Gatwick? I think it is. They decided to partner with a company that treats people appalingly. So they've got to accept responsibility for that. Please share this review, If I saw something like this I would have chose another car park or another hotel. Other people should be warned.

Upgraded on arrival to a lovely room, very clean & modern bathroom. Took advantage of the health spa, which was also very clean & relaxing. Breakfast was excellent & we were very well looked after by the lovely Sandra. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend CP Felbridge to my colleagues & friends.

Im nächsten Tag war der Parkplatz direkt vor uns, keine Probleme viel Kameras Fotos von Auto nehmen, so wenn das Problem ist auf Kamera große Idee viel Sicherheit Kameras so wieder Auto sicher. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schnell und einfach kein Problem, es gab nur ein Problem 50 £ aus der Bank genommen, als nur im Falle, dass dies nicht für eine Woche zurückgekehrt ein wenig irritierend. Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel und sauber war groß für uns beide. Parkplatz für 15 Tage war der Preis enthalten . Abendessen war gut die Rindfleischburger wo massive und schmackhaft , auf Rückkehr Sammlung von Auto war 5 min kein Problem da Taxi nach und von Hotel mit Metro-Kabinen war das beste noch und billig wir werden wieder große Dank verwenden

Hotel sauber und zeitgemäß. Sehr gute Lage. Das Bett war groß und komfortabel. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein großes Badezimmer mit Handtüchern, Shampoo und Duschegel sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat auch einen Kühlschrank mit kalten Getränken. Das Hotel bietet auch einen Shuttleservice zum Terminal und es ist nahe der Busshaltestelle. N In jedem Stock gibt es L L lmachinesdeerx für Snacks und kalte Getränke. Auch können Sie Tee und Kaffee erhalten.

Ein weiterer Aufenthalt in einem anderen Holiday Inn, keine Enttäuschung hier. Das Zimmer war unspottbar, und der Service war hervorragend. Deshalb werde ich auch weiterhin nach Holiday Inn Hotels suchen, wenn ich reise. Ich bin jetzt in Dublin und genieße den gleichen tollen Service. Das Essen war im Restaurant gut, das Menü für einen späten Abendessen und in der Nähe des Flughafens Gatwick für eine schnelle Verbindung zu meinem Morgenflug.

Hier war es zwei Nächte mit einem Nachtaufenthalt in der Innenstadt von London. Sehr hilfreich und freundliches Personal. Frühstücksdamen waren großartig und wunderbar zu reden auch. Front Desk Personal ging von ihrem Weg aus, um einige unserer Gepäck für den Tag zu speichern, den wir im London verblieben. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, kann eigentlich zum Hotel von Gatwick Flughafen gehen. London ist ein wenig weit, aber ein sehr schönes Hotel für das Fliegen nach/aus. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Das ist ein verstecktes Geschirr für Geschäftsgäste. Ich habe in diesem Hotel einige Male in den letzten 3 Jahren verblieben und fand das Produkt sehr an meinen Bedürfnissen angepasst. Großer Wert für Geld und das Team ist sehr aufmerksam. Obwohl es nur 7-8 mins Fahrt von Gatwick du nicht fühlst, dass du dich in der Nähe eines Flughafens befindet. Es verdient eine 5* Bewertung.. wird bald zurückkehren.

After reading the reviews I was slightly concerned, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. My room was rm 35 - comfy 4 poster bed. The bathroom was a retro orange, the water was hot. Tea/coffee/milk/biscuits, clean towels + toiletries provided. Rm 36 smelled of smoke + TV wasn't working so I had the better room but co-traveller said other than that it was fine, bed comfy and it was quiet. Some lights in the corridor didn't work - just used torch on phone. Fire escape was not locked but would prefer that than getting locked in a burning building. Other accommodation near was more than double the price per night (we paid £150 for 2 x ensuite doubles) - so content to enjoy, not perfection but the chance to stay in a querky listed building. Just check in early as online can double book rooms!
