Stayed for work, room was clean and staff where friendly. Breakfast was good and a big car park which was good for me as I have a large van. Hotel could do with a revamp as the rooms are looking abit old now compared to some premier inns that are newer.

Welcoming staff team, reliable standards, a good nights sleep and great value. It’s always a good experience and the staff work hard to ensure that service is as you would want even if busy this standard does not drop. It’s an excellent culture that is not found in all areas of the chain - they clearly take pride in their work which is no mean feat in hospitality. I will definitely return.

My friend and I spent 5 nights at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast and dinners were great. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to Tina, Conor and Sabine for looking after us so well. Would highly recommend this Premier Inn.

Unfortunately this and many other Premier Inn sites are deteriorating rapidly. The lack of any investment is becoming glaringly obvious each time we’ve stayed. Housekeeping is always lacking, rooms not hoovered, cups not cleaned, one towel for two people etc; Not helped by the fact its staff includes several space cadets.

Coming back from a holiday in Mexico, wanted a good night's sleep before continuing my journey home. Easy check in, good food and drink. This hotel did what it said, staff are a credit to the hotel, very friendly and helpful. Good car parking facilities.

From the moment we arrived Ollie on the front desk was very helpful and polite. We went into the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and talked us through the meal deal. The restaurant was very busy but Emily, Ayla and Ollie were brilliant and a big thank you to the Chef Maria my Steak was lovely. Steve and Sue

I stayed at the hotel from 28/11/24 ti30/11/24 will working on my laptop from costa coffee the cleanness was 109 percent to standard and above the reception main entrance was spotless the toilets by resturant and reception was up to standard they was spotless and smelling fresh the housekeeping in the morning think she said sayjel was really nice and cheerful also helpful and they was another lady housekeeping who was working with her in the afternoon did not catch her name was brilliant smoking area outside by main entrance was clean hope the housekeeping manager are proud of there staff food was ok costs staff was helpful aswell

I stay at the premier inn Crawley for a week every month whilst studying. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help, always very welcoming and willing. Some of the rooms could do with a few minor fixes but the good definitely outweighs any bad and like with every premier inn you know what to expect.

I had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn recently. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. Tiago, Luke, and Casey were all brilliant – they made the whole experience so much better with their positive attitudes and great service. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again. Thanks for making my visit so enjoyable!
