Excellent stay in a very clean and comfortable hotel which was well located. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to give advice on local attractions.

Once again this place lived up to expectations!!! Clean and comfortable, with great welcoming staff where nothing is a problem. Good location right by A19 so great for days out hopping around the north east. Will be back again hopefully soon

Ideal place to stay, friendly staff, McDonald’s and Asda and Garage next door. Good place to stay over as ideally placed for local attractions- Golf courses, Gosforth Park, Town centre and coast. Highly recommend. Room was very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great time.

Spent a night at the premier inn cramlington. Excellent choice as there was everything you need on hand; Asda garage supermarket, beefeater pub and McDonald’s all at hand. The rooms were very clean and had all modern appliances such as kettle and hairdryer etc. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It’s just undergoing a refurb and our room was amazing. If you’re travelling in November 2024 until early December the hotel is having a breakfast room built on and it’s noisy in the reception area in the day. Other than that the refurb is really coming on, super quiet corridors and the rooms are all redecorated including new art on the walls which is really modern. The hotel sits on the services on the a19 and the roundabout it’s on is huge, busy and complicated, so be prepared. The hotel is located near the motorway, the coast and the cheviots aren’t far either. It’s a great location. Outside there is an Asda, and petrol station, which is very handy. We had issues getting our iPads online, in fact we couldn’t connect them at all despite the lovely staff giving us a voucher for the premium WiFi. Our phones went on ok but not the iPads. The staff were marvellous and couldn’t do enough for us.
