We stayed at Dreams , which also allowed us to use the Secrets and Sunscape resorts. Sergio at the Secrets restaurant was wonderful. He was so attentive and took the best care of us . Our room had a great view , and it was cleaned spotless each day . The resort grounds are beautiful. This is one of the farthest resorts from the airport or ferry terminal , which are approximately 30 minutes away . Taxis are always available.

We enjoyed our stay here. The family suite was perfect for us and our children. The rooms are super clean, and stocked with all the toiletries you may need. All staff at Dreams went above and beyond to ensure this was a great trip for us. We would love to visit this resort again.

The property is amazing. I have stayed here three times now and will definitely be back. The only issue for this trip was the beach was covered in sargassum and no one attempted to remove it.

This property was absolutely beautiful! Make sure you get the swim up suite they are definitely worth it! Everyone was so nice and helpful around the resort and my kids loved the kids club!

The service was subpar at best. There are 4 restaurants on property and only 2 are open for dinner each night. Dinners took around 2 hours since they were also limited on staff. The servers would only serve regular coffee, no lattes allowed, however the espresso machine appeared to be in fine working condition. The mini bar was not restocked daily and when requesting coffee pods and creamer multiple times they never showed up. When we arrived at 3:45 our room wasn’t ready. They told us to have a drink at the lobby bar and they would find us. They never came to get us so after waiting on hour we went back to the front desk to find out our room was ready. Bartenders could be seen making specialty cocktails in bulk for the guests doing the membership tour but when trying to order one for yourself they would not make them. Dreams had a strong sewage smell but Sunscape and Secrets did not seem to. You do have access to sun scape and secrets. There is only the one pool at dreams and the kids playground was closed for the entire duration of our stay. My kids did enjoy the kids club. The spa was small but fine. The hydro circuit is directed by a member and you aren’t allowed to do what you want.

This was absolutely the WORST resort I’ve ever been too! … Nothing worked in the rooms, it smelled of sewage and mold, mildew everywhere! The sinks, lights and showers weren’t working! The food is the most disgusting, inedible disaster I’ve ever had to endure. The were two power outages , and almost everything that was said or presented to us was a lie. Happy birthday to me!😑

This was the one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in the grounds were absolutely stunning. It was like paradise. All of the staff were amazing and the area was extremely safe and beautiful highly recommend.

Dont waste your money here, we had a swim out ocean front room n paid almost a $1000.00 for one night. Which im fine with, the problem for me was being told to check back at 1:00 to check because room should be ready by then. Why say that n waste my time at resort to return to see only to have 30 more minutes wasted waiting for house keeping manager to answer phone!! ( i work in this industry also and know how to ruin guests experience and that was exactly the plan they had for us.) So an hour after check in at 3 i finally got a key to the room we saw them clean 5 hours before. They quized us like convicts at every bar and restaurant we stopped at! NOT A NICE FEELING DREAMS!! i should have listened to the hundreds of bad reviews so trust us when we say this place is a waste of money.
And not to mention the food was awful.
