*really poor customer service* Beautiful, peaceful grounds, basic accommodation. Unfortunately we had the worst check in experience ever. Pia was very friendly while I was agreeing with her, but turned on me when I questioned a payment (based on the booking policy). She became very rude, blamed my internet/my inability to book for 4 people and wouldn't even consider there could be a fault in her website booking system, telling me 'I don't need this hassle, I'll refund you and you can leave'. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had on check in and it was very confrontational. I wouldn't recommend supporting this small business, but if you do, book through a booking agent website (which calculates the total based on number of people) so you don't get surprised by being made to pay potentially an extra $50/night on arrival as we had to.....or told you can leave!

Awesome, set in the Forrest and private. Close to wineries and only 10 minutes from Margaret River. Wooden fireplace and central heating. All ammenities supplied. Halfway between Augusta and Cape Naturalist Lighthouse. Pet friendly with a kennel to leave your dog when visiting national parks.

Stayed here for 6 nights, great accommodation for family with pets. Centrally located. The place is quite and nice. Chalets are clean and have all facilities. Kia our host has great knowledge of Margret river and had given us good suggestions. pets have the bush land to wander around. if visiting Margret River sure to stay here. Highly recommended
