Wir sind hier für meinen großen Tag, die Diplom-Zeremonie an der Coventry University für meine Masters in meinem Heimatland, ein Associate mit CU. Das Zimmer liegt in der Nähe meiner Universität, danke dafür und es macht den Graduierungsprozess noch einfacher, da der Kleidung und Mortarhat im Britannia Hotel war. 🙏🏼 Die eine oder mehrere Kommentare zu bekommen ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage, die den Gästen vor allem in dieser Zeit, im Sommer bereitgestellt wird. Andere kommentieren nicht viel, da der Preis des Zimmers für die Gemeinwohlpreise wirtschaftlich geschätzt wird. Danke, Britannia.

We stayed for 4 nights as we were visiting friends in the area. We had a king size room which was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and there was an armchair and a desk chair to sit on. The only problem was there was not a socket next to the bed but we managed by stretching the electric lead to a socket on the desk. The bathroom was very nice with a bath with shower over and plenty of nice fluffy towels. Housekeeping was good and the room was cleaned and towels replaced every day. Breakfast was excellent: various cereals and fruit followed by a selection of cooked items, then croissants, crumpets and toast. As there were not many guests there was no hot food on display. The chef Chris asked what we wanted and cooked it fresh for us which was great. The restaurant was beautiful, there was a bar and other meeting rooms. The only criticism I have is it is difficult for disabled guests. There are steps up to the entrance and I think they should look into providing a ramp. Saying that the young man in reception carried our luggage out to the car when he saw we were struggling. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Bei der Ankunft hatte ich große Vorbehalte zu dem, was ich gebucht hatte. Die Fotos auf der Buchungsstelle waren nichts wie das, was ich sah. Der Park war nealri-Rubbel und die umliegenden Flächen wurden schlecht gepflegt. Die Rezeption war in Aussehen ziemlich groß, aber das ist der einzige gute Punkt, den dieses Hotel für sie geleitet hat. Für die Größe des Ortes gibt es kaum Personal. Das Zimmer, das ich reserviert hatte, war jetzt nicht verfügbar, so angesichts eines anderen. Auf der Straße war ich auf dem Teppich in Steinen geflogen, absolut gefülltes Zimmer war sehr gefüllt und die Möbel waren eine Sammlung von zufälligen Biten, unser Kaffeetisch fehlte ein Bein und wurde von einem Stuhl gegossen. Einige alte 5 Pin-Plug-Sockets an den Betten für die Lampen. Bar-Bereich war auch im Aussehen müde, obwohl das Personal sehr freundlich war. Der ganze Ort braucht eine große Umstellung.

We booked this hotel last minute after having to make changes to our trip to the NEC. Not fancying a glamping pod, we booked a room and were allocated the honeymoon suite. The hotel was very clean throughout and you could smell the cleaning products as soon as you walked in, indicating the cleaners had been in doing a thorough job. Staff were lovely and friendly and let us check in an hour early as the room was ready when we arrived at 2pm. Free parking is provided and I could see my car from the window of our room. The location is good and site was nice and quiet, despite having an events centre next door. There isn’t much within walking distance however there’s a bar and restaurant on site to cater for your needs. There’s also free wifi however our mobile signals were absolutely fine so we had no reason to make use of it on this occasion. Jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch and big enough to fit two people in. Was delighted to find out that a complimentary breakfast was included the following morning, and not too early either, starting at 9am. Sunday check out at 11am was ideal without us having to rush. As pleasant as the hotel is, it needs a fair bit of work. It’s very dated and tired looking. It’s creaky and old and is in need of a bit of a restoration, more than just a lick of paint here and there. The walls are paper thin, as I was lying in bed I could hear the person in the next room using the toilet - I won’t get graphic but let me just say I could hear everything as though I was in the room with them. One of the windows in our room wouldn’t shut at all, which wasn’t a massive issue as the weather wasn’t too bad, but during colder months this would’ve been impossible to sleep through. The old wooden frames were warped and you couldn’t even put it on the latch as the metal lever had snapped. There was no hot water for the shower so we were forced to take a cool shower. Not the end of the world but a bit inconvenient. My wife also pointed out that there was nowhere for her to get ready and do her makeup. The room is more than big enough to fit a dressing table in and this would’ve saved her sitting on the floor in front of the mirror to do her hair and makeup. It’s also pricey compared to local competitors. Breakfast was okay but lacking a few basics - no hash brown or black pudding. It would also benefit from a variety of options such as fresh fruit and yogurt. On the whole it was a nice experience but I’d only stay here again if I couldn’t get in anywhere else OR if it was modernised and updated throughout.

We came to Coventry for duties but had to take our dog with us. searching for a cheap night over this hotel was a perfect choice. Located on the services area has fuel, Starbucks and few places to eat. Pet charge is 15£ but the room rate was 38 which is a real deal. Bed is not that bad, windows are opening for fresh air, shower is clean. Good option for a travelers on low budget.

Wir besuchten im Oktober eine Gesichtsmalerikonferenz. Essen und Trinken waren wirklich gut. Sehr schöne Konferenzräume. Nur 1 Aufzug arbeiten trotz des Tages, an dem wir gingen. Ladung von Raum über mehrere Stockwerke. Autopark ist ein Weg, dass Signal vielleicht besser gewesen wäre.

Erstaunlich 🤩 Jeder muss diesen Ort erleben. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie vorzeitig Abendessen buchen. Frühstück angeboten komplimentar Prosecco. Es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung

Jedes Mitglied des Hilton Teams, das wir während unseres Aufenthalts getroffen haben, war fabulös- Rezeptionist, Barpersonal, Exekutivlounge-Team, Brightsmith Restaurant, Hauspflege, Frühstück, Concierge - alles bereit, zu helfen, Haben Sie eine angenehme Chat und ein Lächeln - aber arbeiten und bleiben professionell - sehr gemütlich für die Gäste und die Gäste Erfahrung. Kredit für sich und das Hotel. Unser Zimmer war außergewöhnlich sauber und ich muss sagen, das Bett und die Kissen waren die besten, in denen ich je geschlafen habe, erstaunlich. Das Hotel war beschäftigt, was zur Atmosphäre und Buzz hinzugefügt. Aber die Schlafzimmer waren wirklich ruhig. Meiner Meinung nach hat die Metropole die Ecke über andere Hotels. Wir haben vor ein paar Jahren hier geblieben und es hat immer noch diese 'plush' Anregung, es ist eine Verträge hier zu bleiben - es war wie zu Hause zu kommen und wir wollen es nicht so lange verlassen, bevor wir wieder zurückkehren. Perfekte Basis für eine Nachtstop-Over-Vor einem frühen Flug am nächsten Tag. Das Essen war schön in der Bar und vernünftig preislich. Wanderweite zum Flughafen und Parkplatz ist also auch perfekt! Wir haben die Monobahn verwendet, um in die NEC/Resorts Welt Arena-Area zu gehen, die Geschäfte, Kinos, Bars und Restaurants hat. Groß, wenn Sie dort etwas Zeit haben, da das Hotelzimmer klein ist, aber alles, was Sie brauchen.
