I recently stayed at here, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service stood out the most – the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to help. From check-in to check-out, I felt well taken care of, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also had excellent recreational options, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool area. I particularly enjoyed the lounge space, which was comfortable and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The location is good located at the city Center, the hotel is clean, service is average. One thing I didn’t like is the design of the room, that was tooooo dark even I have already turned on all the light, I feel a bit creepy when I first entered the room. Will not stay again if I m alone.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Have been here several times and as always the service and hotel was perfect. Beverley as always was a joy, helpful, friendly and an absolute laugh. Other front of house were lovely too! The rooms are clean and well maintained and the hotel also has the benefit of a pool which is great for the kids. Always stay here when I’m Coventry (unless fully booked or too expensive) and will recommend the hotel to all.

I’ve stayed here before not a problem,but this time was terrible I stayed in the car park 1 hours thought they’d made a mistake on the booking the hotel looked like a demolition site no sign of entrance or reception very disappointing,gave me a disability room which I refused to stay in at a different hotel , I think the manager was Richard who helped us get a different room he was very friendly but the room was in lower ground smelling of sewage in hallway’s and damp in the room ,we both suffer with asthma and anxiety , all the lady staff was very polite and welcoming but I don’t want to stay here again

Efficient for the check-in , £5 was paid for the parking. It was easy for the drivers to find the actual location on the map, therefore I would say it is convenient to reach. What I like about the room is that the design of the room is reasonable and fully functional. The mattress was a bit hard but it is fine for me. Besides, it is seldom to see that the stool is separated from the shower, which is quite considerable. We enjoyed the stay.

A hotel in Warwick University. Come here just because need to bring daughter to the university. Look like staying in a student dormitory, table tennis in the lobby. New, tidy and clean. Nice breakfast but many people lining up. Walk just 5 minutes to central campus and close to the lake

Das Hotel ist nicht nur die Lage (auf dem Universitätscampus selbst) sondern am besten wie ein Premier Inn oder ein anderes solches Budgethotel. Es fühlt sich wie ein Dorf aus. Einen Hinweis für jeden, der vom Campus zum Hotel geht: Es gibt keinen direkten Zugang von der Arts Centre Plaza. Sie müssen den ganzen Weg um die Geschäftsschule zu Fuß zum Park. Das war sehr ungünstig in den Regen, da es einen 5-minütigen Spaziergang hinzufügte. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, obwohl das Bad-Dusch-Sockel bei der Eincheckung verschlossen war. Am nächsten Tag gelöst (obwohl die erste Antwort, die ich bei der Beantragung der Reparatur erhalten hatte, war, dass ich vielleicht bewegen musste). Am zweiten Abend ging die Anhörung aus; die Hausaufsicht brachte einen kleinen radiatoren Heizgerät... aber kein Reparaturmann kam. Am nächsten Tag gelöst. Die Küche war von Café (Breakfast und Essensraum). Ich empfehle es anderswo zu essen. Bar war ok, aber nicht großartig. Insgesamt würde ich ein anderes Hotel zum Preis empfehlen, und eine Cabo zum Campus.

Gut. Von Manchester City aus Cowen, das Hotel, das ich in der Nähe der Nacht suche, kann man nicht vorzeitig anrufen. Es ist nur eine Entfernung von der Stadt. Der Korridor ist sehr lang. Die anderen können sehr schnell einchecken. Die Rezeption ist auch sehr gut.

A hotel that’s perfect for public transportation and by car: it’s this. On the square opposite Coventry Rail Station along the main road with drop off access. Part of the IHG brand, the hotel is stuffed with modern, quirky colourful decor including a silver open top Austin Healy in the reception area. The ground floor is one big open space that navigates from lobby to bar to restaurant/breakfast area and an exit where the outdoors semi enclosed seating area is. It’s Britain, so no heaters or covers but it’s an acceptable smoking area! Upon checking in we received a 20% voucher off all the F&B which doesn’t happen often. The kitchen was closed by 9 but we and our friends enjoyed a drink in the bar area. The room was super lovely, all brand new, super clean and nicely decorated. Personalised smart TV but the smart function didn’t work alas! Overall: a wonderful experience!
