It’s was absolutely terrible because of a misunderstanding while booking the hotel in the first place,, by mistake it was booked some how on 24 April to 25 April 2024
But it’s should’ve been on 25 April to 26 April 2024
So basically when we were arriving and explained to trip.com who called them but they didn’t do anything thing about it and my money was wasted and I had to do a new booking.,,, Even when trip.com tried to to help and negotiate with the hotel they were very unhelpful and didn’t consider the unfortunate unintentional error due to which the whole issue had arisen and shown no understanding or compassion. The room we were given was fairly clean but there was a very loud noisy fan in the bathroom which was very annoying, we asked for it to be fixed and luckily after the maintenance man tried for a while he eventually fixed it and it was quite. The staff in general were not very helpful. The breakfast was another issue as you had to go a totally different place on the opposite side of the motorway over a bridge which was a big problem for my disabled mother as there were no lifts.Overall I would not be using this hotel again unless there was no other option.
