What can I say, back again and nothing has changed. Still an outstanding well run hotel, brilliant staff, brilliant food, clean rooms and a great location. Starting to feel rather like home. Kids were gutted to be leaving as where my wife and I. They simply cannot do enough for you to make your skiing holiday fantastic. Chatted to another guest on the last night who had been coming winter and summer for many many years and you can see why. Breakfast is fantastic, and food and drinks available in the bar in the evening or when you return from the slopes.

This is a really lovely family run hotel. Very clean and comfortable, friendly and welcoming, nice bar area and super breakfast. There is a ski storage area with heated boot racks and lockers and a free shuttle bus to and from the ski lifts and the Mont Blanc cable car. The rooms are very good value for money and Courmayeur is an excellent town and ski area. There are a few lovely restaurants within a short walk of the hotel, I can recommend l’Armadillo, but you must book. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back. I can highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was lovely, with very nice rooms that were beautifully made-up every day, a great view down the valley and a delicious breakfast with many home-made delicacies. What really made our stay special was the wonderful family and team of hotel staff who looked after us. They could not have been nicer: very friendly and attentive and helpful. It made for such a happy and gentle family holiday and we really felt that we were being looked after by lovely friends. We very much hope to come back again and we especially look forward to seeing Maurizio, Federico, Margherita, Antonio, Manuela and Cedric again. What a very great pleasure it was to meet you all! Thank you.

A warm welcome awaits at this terrific, family run hotel in La Palud, just a few kms from Courmayeur. Basic but Comfortable bedrooms, some with a balcony and great Mountain Views and excellent hot showers. A good buffet breakfast to start the day and a well stocked bar for the evening. A free shuttle to nearby Val Veny lift and for a small charge a ride to Dolonne or Courmayeur. Handy also for the local bus. A few nice restaurants nearby made it a perfect base for a week of skiing. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

Spa was very simple. Staff were not specialized in massages and Turkish bath was not as supposed to be. Staff were nice but twice we asked for gluten and dairy free food and twice dairy was present causing my son diarrhea. We ate in the restaurant and the chicken was red inside. I ate just a bite or two and fortunately nothing happened to me

After a considerable search we chose this hotel for a number or reasons - off centre with available public free parking, mountain facing ,modern light rooms and reasonable tariff.We were not disappointed.It was well above our expectations It is a hotel which is warm embracing and in no way claustrophobic like many of the more traditional hotels. We had a mountain view room - very modern with wooden floors, muted bathroom tiles, adequate open storage spaces and importantly bedside focus lamps.There are high quality toiletries - a fine detail which tells you a lot about the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with extensive options including cheese and charcuterie board as an alternative to eggs and bacon.Surprisingly they also provided oat flakes and five different superfood seeds You are a few minutes away from one of Courmayeur's best restaurants L'Armadillo The service was exceptional and they went out of their way to assist you If we returned we would not look elsewhere

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this family run hotel. We booked direct and they were very friendly, only taking a booking deposit. The public areas are very nice, comfortable seating in the bar area. The rooms are very nice, ours had a nice balcony with a westerly view of the ski mountain, perfect for an afternoon drink in the sun. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a ski and boot room with lockers for you to leave all of your ski equipment and there is a minibus for free lifts to and from the hotel to the ski lift. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and non dairy options, if you ask. The hotel does not do evening meals but there are a few nice restaurants within a very short walk, you are best to book these in advance, ask the hotel for recommendations. On busy weekends all the restaurants fill up. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend and return.

We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. All the staff were exceptionally helpful with booking restaurants, skiing advice, shuttle runs to / fro m the lift stations and helping us find our way around. The breakfasts are fantastic with a good selection of different things. Our room was very clean and spacious. Thank you Hotel Vallee Blanche- I am sure we will be back!

We have just returned home from a fantastic week at La Vallee Blanche. We are a family of 5 and it was our children’s first skiing trip. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt that we were welcomed into the family. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is a little out of Courmayeur, but the location was great. All we had to do was call for a lift back after a day’s skiing and the van was there to pick us up in 10 minutes. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable (ski chalet style) and cleaned every day. The breakfast is to die for and so too are the snacks/sandwiches/toasties that our kids devoured after a day on the slopes (before dinner!). There is a fantastic restaurant just 2 mins walk away which the hotel has an agreement with for a set menu. We were sorry to leave and will definitely go back to La Vallee Blanche. Massive thanks to Maurizio and his fantastic team! We loved it!
