Worse hotel! And It’s five stars??? !!! The dust on all shelves !! The room is disgusting! Wallpaper go away .very dirty! The rooms just do not clean! And why is this all ? Coz of New year holidays ?! A shame! Photos at hotels web site is absolutely different, as in real life ! 3 stars maximum , be truly to your guest Prolong hotel !

My stay at the Alpes Hôtel du Pralong in Courchevel was very enjoyable. The location is ideal, with direct access to the slopes—a real advantage for skiing without hassle. The welcome was professional and attentive, and the rooms are comfortable, offering a beautiful view of the mountains. The wellness area is a nice touch after a day on the slopes, and the hotel's cuisine is of good quality. The overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with efficient and discreet service. It’s a place I would gladly return to for a stay that combines skiing and comfort in a great setting.

Great weekend getaway before Christmas. Located in the best area, right on the slopes, making it very easy for the one of us that wanted to ski. The hotel is warm and cozy but yet elegant, the staff is extremely nice and the food was amazing. The breath taking view from the restaurant/bar is for sure one of my favorite things. Would definitely recommend it both for a romantic stay and for a family. Since its renovations, it has become my favorite hotel in Courchevel.

We have stayed and enjoyed this hotel before that’s why we came back this seanson. But we are truly disappointed and shocked by the things that went wrong and the reactions we got from the management against the problems we have have faced; especially from the blonde directress. Kids club was shut down for the whole week claiming that there was a seminar which there wasn’t; and when we say this to the management and ask for a replacement room for the kids, they said “they could not help and we could leave if we are not happy about this”. Especially the blonde directress talked down and insulted my wife when she came to warn my 3 year old daughter not to play around the lobby while the kids club was shut down!! Another thing, the jakuzi was shut down for 2 days and the room phones was not working for 4 days. Also, we asked for a kettle to boil water but they said they did not have a kettle and charged 10euros each time we asked for hot water. On the 5th day when we complained about these charges, they said “why don’t you ask for a kettle” and we found out that they actually have a kettle, but the first day they said they did not have one just to charge money for a hot water. Again, we liked this hotel but something is very wrong with the management this year. Also other families that we came across at the hotel who stayed here for many times before think the same way; something is wrong with this hotel this year! Hope they get this review to shaken up and get theirselves together, otherwise many old customers will not return!

I go to Courchevel every year. This year I made a reservation kind of last minute. I heard about the Hotel before as the location is very good. Unfortunately, starting from my entrance to the hotel till I leave I found myself in the middle of hell. first of all my room was not cleaned properly as I found socks on the bathroom floor when I arrive. I complained to the reception nobody cared. Worst reception and concierge I have ever seen. I think either everybody is very tired or they just don't care anymore. You need to sit at the bar in order to order sth. There is nobody around asking for your order. Its absolutely crazy. At the breakfast I saw the hotel Manager, I explained him the situation he said Ok and then gone. I never got any feedback afterwards. Except some driver of hotel cars, nobody cares about you at the hotel. One positive thing was the employees at the ski room which I guess they are not part of the hotel :-). All the rest is Catasphoric.
