Nice place to relax , not far from Defense.

設施還比較新，位置離tram站點很近，旁邊有個大超市，好幾個餐廳。真的還不錯

一共在法國呆了三天，主要是朋友包丟了。當地警察扯皮不擔當，衹能靠大使館。黑人盛行，路上行人幾乎佔比3/4是黑人。地鐵也是黑人服務，偷懶耍滑。服務惡劣。

Everything was perfect, I really enjoyed my stay. Great location near La Defense with all the needed facilities available.

Mediocre room. Dirty floor but well equipped. No air con so room was like a furnace but both windows open fully. We paid to use car park which was the foulest place I’ve ever been with an open sewer overflowing then when we asked to leave car to 5pm after check out they refused. We paid to park yet asked to move car. Location is great. We used the public swimming pool opposite and the kids play park and splash pad.

I spent 1 night in one of the studio, I was attending a family funeral. Well equipped - I could have cooked a proper meal, also new sponge, tea towel, etc. Comfortable bed, table and 2 chairs, decent storage space. Really good location, the bakery nearby is a must try. Great staff. Excellent value for money. Not sure why they get bad reviews.

In summary: Family trip with 2 children aged 5 and 7. Kids activities were not available. Checking in - unorganised and rooms not ready for 3pm check-in. Payment - full payment in advance. The online check-in is not valid. Parking - €15 per day paid up front. Rooms - we had a family apartment / room. It was adequate for 2 adults and 2. Shower was intermittent with super hot then super cold, not thermostat control. Metro - circa 15mins walk to RER. Service - poor, disorganised and not very responsive. Request of fresh towels took more than 30mins. Would we stay here again - No

I had booked a 2-night stay at this hotel from 1st to 3rd April. However, due to a French border officials’ strike, I couldn’t travel from Dover. I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and they agreed to postpone my stay for free until the end of May. But when I tried to use my booking on May 29th, they wanted to charge me an extra 150% and did not honor their agreement. They also refused to refund my money. I do not recommend this hotel, because of their dishonesty and lack of customer service - they did not keep their word. Avoid - There are better options in Paris.

This place is in a quite neighborhood, with parks, shops, restaurants all within walkable distance. Take a stroll downhill as River Seine is close by, you could even see Eiffel Tower from afar. Right opposite to the hotel - is a play area for kids, a carousel, water fountains, benches, etc where you can relax. I had a pleasant experience at the reception. I remember Milos who is very courteous and helped us as I checked-out early. And would return to collect my shipment delivered during the day.

The appart hotel is quite well located but some renovation works were being performed at the eleven floor when I arrived at 5PM. The room was correct. But even for platinum profile the service was poor. I rather spend a little bit more and stay at the Mercure nearby more modern and confortable.

Hotel well located and good for low budget but the current prices are far in excess of the limited facilities that it provides. No Air-conditioning and in temperate season you need to open your windows. I strongly feel really bad that a normal price of 60 - 70 Euros became 200 Euros per night for this supposed to be low budget budget apart Hotel.

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet adagio de Bordeaux, très bien situé. L'équipe à la réception était top au niveau de l'accueil et du Check out. Tout était bien expliqué et bien claire. Les services additionnels Sauna ,salle de sport top aussi.

O hotel é um pesadelo. Fica longe do metrô, se fosse apenas isso, ok. Mas não, apenas uma das atendentes do check-in falava ingles, pela região turística que fica e valor, isso não é aceitável . A equipe de limpeza é truculenta. A gerência da manhã é mais ainda, totalmente despreparada em fornecer um atendimento humano e simpático. Não respeita a dignidade de tratamento que é esperada. O gerente da noite, inclusive que é mais preparado, pois fala vários idiomas, é bem preparado para a gerência e sabe lidar com o consumidor. O hotel originalmente não era adagio, mas foi incorporado. Dessa forma, não segue o padrão de qualidade Accor de serviço. Não seguem os padrões de resgate de pontos da Accor, tive problemas no check-in, extensão e check-out. A limpeza deixa a desejar. Ainda, no dia do check-out foram retirar o lixo e bateriam com tanta força que o quarto todo estremeceu. O vaso sanitário não funcionava adequadamente. Um diária de 200 euros para um serviço de tão má qualidade assim, está longe de ser minimamente aceitável. Não recomendo que fiquem no hotel. Em caso de cancelamentos involuntários, espere pela falta de transparência, dificuldade em devolver o dinheiro. Fujam e busque hotéis bem melhores ao redor.
