The acre and half is shared with the owners home on the same property. Less than 5 minutes to beach at a cool elevation. Surrounded by tropical fruit trees and plants including Mango, Banana, Avocado, Star Fruit, Tangerine, Lychee, Jack Fruit, Lemon, Pomolo, Macadamia and Coconut trees.Sleeps 2 adults maximum, no exceptions (one king size bed + one single bed). We added a single bed located in the TV room for two singles traveling. The TV/Bed room can be private by closing the curtains.
