The Chickadee features cathedral ceilings, with 3 skylights, providing beautiful natural light, shiplap walls and ceilings. with all the comforts of new construction; to include tankless water heater, heat & air conditioning, plus great proximity to all that Pemaquid Peninsula has to offer. We have 3 cottages all nestled on a wooded knoll, overlooking our pond. The pond draws an abundance of wildlife but not conducive to swimming or fishing.This cottage just received a major upgrade, to a include a first floor King bedroom, while retaining the Queen bed in loft and 1st floor bunk room. The Chickadee (Cottage #3) differs from the other two cottages, with 2 first floor bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a King bed very closet. The bunk room is stunning, with 2 craftsman built-in bunk beds and walk up steps in between. Very appropriate for adults as well as children. The kitchenette/living space is a bit larger and boasts an open floor plan with soaring ceiling. The bathroom is on-suite with the bunk room, immediately net to King room and accessible through the living area. The stand up loft is a multi use space with desk and Queen bed. All 3 cottages are nestled on a beautiful knoll amongst the trees. You'll enjoy the peaceful porch overlooking the pond and field, where you can enjoy the wildlife that abounds on this property. This private, bucolic place is pure peace and relaxation. We, the owners, live on property and are so excited to share our dream come true.
